I read your post from yourghoststories.com and this one as well. I can already tell that your family bloodline is spiritually connected to an extent. Which means you and your sisters have gifts/abilities. You are definitely not crazy. I know people and have friends who can do the same things you can and see the same things. I am able to do some things as well. You have a very active imagination, which is very good. Your imagination is linked to you being able to do things and see things spiritually, and tells of how connected you are. The things that are shown to you as scenes like they're from a movie are visions. The images you get are related to that as well.

I will say this, the spirits that are scaring you and the ones who were able to throw things around are not ghosts. It is extremely rare that a ghost (or lost soul) is able to affect things physically and throw/move objects. Only spirits who have enough power, mostly dark and evil spirits, especially demons, are capable of doing that and like to scare people. They do that to steal energy from people and other more horrible things over time.

You are blessed to have these gifts. I know how it is with these demons and how scary they can be. But don't let them scare you. That's what they want. Instead, be strong for yourself and your sisters and don't let them win. They just want to control you more and more. What do your parents think of any of this? They may not take too kindly to the fact that you are able to do these things. Depending on how your parents are, I wouldn't tell them very much at all yet. People these days are geared to thinking that psychic stuff and spiritual is all just a load of crap. And revealing too much too soon might earn you a ticket to going to an institute or doctors making you take drugs that will seal away your abilities and spiritual connection.

I believe you must be strong for your sisters. That's the feeling I am getting. The spirits asking for help, it depends on which ones you should help and which ones are planning to trick you. There are ways to tell if they are good or bad. In desperate times, I suggest praying for the Holy Spirit to shine down on you to protect you. Doing this could prove to you whether Besides that, I advise not to talk to them, since you can't tell the difference for yourself, yet.
