Very Strange Obe Experience

My name is Devin. I just want some answers to what exactly made me "click" after seeing something. It was maybe 3 years ago when I moved into my house in July. I was 11, and we were so happy to finally get settled in. A few months later that same year around maybe October (for some reason I can't remember) the word "Psychic" sort of appeared in my thoughts and made me do some research on the subject. I became very interested in the topic and started practicing ESP quite a bit. About a night or two later, I awoke and uncontrollably sat up quickly and stared, half-asleep, at a white glowing ball with a light rainbow aura the size of maybe a basketball or a head. It was floating above ground to about the average human's height (so maybe 5 to 6 feet?). I was paralyzed and had no control over anything. Next thing I remember doing was falling onto my bed after staring at it for God knows how long and passing out. After that, I started sensing spirits that I never noticed until after I saw what I assumed was an angel. It had to be one because I felt so safe, happy, strong, and amazed. The "abilities" I was given were very weak but I knew what I had to do. I could sense spirits and shadow people, I became highly empathic, ESP, Astral Projection (only happened twice), crazy dreams that I die in, and seeing auras. The spirits that were in my house I think liked me. I felt like there were 3 of them. One I would talk to (it always listen and touch me in sort of a response) it seemed to enjoy me. The second would appear in my dreams as a bystander (such as a random girl watching me run around in my wild dreams) I believe it was a little girl or boy because I had some kind of OBE where I saw them at the end of my hall. The last one was a man. I know this because he appeared before me and my best friend. I never liked him because he would stare at me in the living room and it felt like an unpleasant stare. After awhile I coped with them and eventually they left along with my abilities. I was very sad for awhile. A few months later my abilities returned but not the spirits. I never understood who they were or why they were here, but and old lady did die here. Still, there was more than one spirit and they all seemed like a family.
