A day ago I wanted to resume some of my telekinesis exercises by working on something completely different. Something I had never used before like influencing a flame on a candle. So I turned off my air conditioning for a while and locked myself in the bathroom and made sure to eliminate anything that was able to cause any unwanted interferences. As I finished preparing the room, I lit the candle and set it safely down on the sink. I also removed anything flammable from the candle's general vicinity. And just for dramatic effect I turned off the lights. So it was just me and the candle, in a small bathroom that smelled of cranberry pear. I stood there and focused solely on the flame; the flame at first danced around wildly like it usually does when you first light it. After five minutes or so the flame now began to become stationary no longer moving about haphazardly but flickering rapidly, growing taller and expanding in size vertically. I was amazed by this and ceased all concentration and the fire began its wild movement once more.
Noticing that I wasn't influencing the flame anymore so I went and focused on it again and again the tiny flame would flicker rapidly like a heartbeat and grow taller in size. I repeated this action for at least a five times and then decided to do something else with the flame. Instead of getting the flame to grow, I wanted it to extinguish entirely. So I concentrated on trying to do just that but all I accomplished was getting the flame to diminish in size, as if an unknown force was forcibly pushing the flame down.
I soon got frustrated because I couldn't complete my goal but I vow to try again and again until I get it.
And Lily I shall definitely get back to meditating since its been a while since I've done some. It's so hard to clear my mind and keep it quiet for a few seconds because my brain has a habit of wandering when I don't want it too.
Thanks again guys. ❤
