I want to know how the hell could these kids from no where come on this site with these claims. They cannot even spend ten minutes meditating to even focus on these abilities. But shockingly they have them. Like if it is an overnight thing.

Not even adept magicians who spent years studying elematal magic make these claims of controlling the elements.

I want to know why all of a sudden, kids here have these abilities where Masters seclude themselves studying them in the magical arts and who take decades to even begin to manipulate them? They do not even advertise themselves as teachers like these kids do.

That is why I will remain skeptical until I see them in REALITY. Actions speak way louder than words 😐

I don't know if I should say anything, because as was stated before, its a troublesome subject, and the element is lightning, not electricity.

Or if they do stay it's not for much longer than 4-8 posts... 9 times out of 10 there is no e-mail addie listed in their profile and yet they say they can 'teach' people how this is done...

How do I get a hold of you so I may learn the 'system' you seem to think is real... It sure sounds like fun.

Or at least offer some Proof of your abilities and where you learned them, because I've got to tell you the 'I learned it in a dream... A spirit taught me so I can't 'prove' anything', is just getting very, very old.

While it's not 'easy' for me to prove anything I can at least 'point out' the books I learned from... Possibly call out (name) the people who taught me or even attempt to demostrate that I can do the things I list as my gifts. (I'll climb down off my soap box now).

Dear Hannah258, this is a subject that has already caused enough problems. No, you cannot control the elements! Where does this line of thinking come from? Can you just tell me that? Who ever gave you the idea that it was even possible? This whole idea is getting way too much play anymore.

well I can control all the element see I tested my self with earth fire air and fire and I could control all of them and the new element is electricaty which I'm practicing now if any one out there needs a trainer I can train you

thanks rook but I guess I get lazy with my words and just lump it all together. It is partially because it is easier to explain to most christians because they don't care to learn the differences. I've tried the "spiritual experience" site but there isn't as much intelligetal inquiry. Every thing is "faith based" and then the brain gets turned off. Not everyone there is like that but I guess I'm still more buddhist in my thinking then christain, lifetimes of training is hard to wear off. Peace light and love all.:)

A prayer is asking Heavenly Father for a desired outcome. Be it protection, healing, comfort or understanding.

A spell is asking the 'elements/ the Earth Mother / spirits...' for a desired outcome. Be it protection, healing, comfort or understanding.

Chanting is asking something by 'using vocal vibrations' that 'tune' energies towards a desired outcome. Be it protection, healing, comfort or understanding.

They are all ways of attempting to influence things by ones Faith or Belief's.

There is no 'correct way' of doing it. Different methods work for different individuals...It's how 'close' we are to the veil... How much we 'remember' from 'the other side', how connected we are 'spiritualy' that allows us to 'influence' things here in the physical world.

Once again I ask for an indulgence, I am trying to explain something that needs a larger framework than I feel I can post here... I will post a 'story' that I hope explains everything I'm trying to convey here in these short 'comments'.

Rook, I totally see your point. It's why some of us LOVE thunderstorms, and will sit on our porches or patios and enjoy the show, while others hide under their beds. Or stand outside in the middle of the night to absorb some full moon rays. ❤

Rook- I've had similar experiences, except mine happen with the sun. On occasion, when partly cloudy, or even mostly cloudy, I can just feel when and where the sun will peek out of the clouds, sometimes down to the last seconds. I've always appreciated the sun and the fire element, and I think that has a major role in helping us 'feel' said elements.

thanks rook I agree with you, I guess some people on the site call chanting and saying spells what I call praying because the Buddhist monks always chanted in all the ceromonies I've ever attended and the Catholics still say chants/prayers that are ritualized. I'm sure there tons of more examples. Looking forward to the story and the discussion:)

This may be an odd time to have done this but I just finished reading the O/P's oringnal story.

I can not stand by her statement of 'controling the elements'...I do not feel that this can be done. But the 'forms' (chants/spells) she 'quotes' are ways or 'requesting' aid from the 'spirits' of each element to possibly influence 'events'. Spell casting can be a 'tricky' busniess (no pun... Oh all right PUN fully intended...lol).

A person can even be 'in tune' with the elements... And by being so they may feel things like an Earthquake long before it happens, or during a storm 'feel' the lightning before it strikes... I know this one from personell experience... I have been so 'in tune' with a Thunder Storm that it seemed I was 'conducting' the Thunder and Lightning. I DID NOT 'CONTROL' ANYTHING, I could just 'feel' it and then point (like a Symphony Conductor) and the lightning would flash or Thunder Roll as I gestured.

I'll state this again... I do not believe a Single individual can Control the elements. As individuals we can 'cast spells / say prayers' hoping to influence them... If our 'Faith or Will' is strong enough then our 'Prayers will be granted / the elemental spirits will answer' our wishes/desires.

I will post a 'story' that will explain fully what I am talking about, and let it be discussed in full, for I fear I may have generated a whole lot of questions with this comment.

Way to go, Sparkyboy! "You can't control elements" would also include 'manipulating' as well, as it is a synonym! While you're at it, throw in all the other synonyms for 'manipulate' and 'control', as well. Now go apply this everywhere else!

I agree with some of our other posters, such as Moonshine and SistersofDestiny1- You can feel close to the elements by appreciating them. In personality, many cultures compare personalities to the natural flow of elements. However, controlling, or... 'manipulating', as Sparkyboy says, is simply ludicrous. Otherwise, there would have been more documented cases.

AnandaHya, I think it's wonderful that your faith is so strong. I can understand where you're coming from, but in your scenario, you're placing the power in another's hands. Namely God's. Some of the "elementalists" on this site believe that THEY have the power to control the elements. In their scenario, it is THEY who are harnessing the very basic existance of life as we know it. Playing God, so to speak. No such power exists for humans. We can draw our energies from the elements, and manipulate THOSE energies. But to say that weather patterns are your own doing, well that's just crap, as I've mentioned on more than one occasion. 😊

Oh, If she's saying that she's completely right, because as I stated so many other times, you can't control the elements.

If you want your prayers to be heard it is more complicated and simple than that:

1. Build up heavenly treasure by doing good deed (good karma energy), thus exchanging/giving some so the spirit realm beings will take your message up
2. Not having bloody unrepented transgressions on your record
3. Having the faith of a mustard seed that your request will be granted (know in your heart the GOD loves you)
4. Good motives for requesting the desired event to occur and that it will harm no one but darkness and their familiars.

Those are the main four but I'm sure the list can be added to and edited. I'm not sure if I got the words right but email and I'll try and clarify.

Ananda, please: don't be shy about sharing what information you have with the rest of us as well. Sparky's question was a good one, and the rest of us, I'm sure, would love to hear the explanation.

Ananda- That may be true for a higher being such as God, but for one person on their own? Not happening, in the sense that one can make these things happen on their own, at will.

On another note that may have been addressed, but maybe not addressed enough, for our ladies and gents, as a whole- As we've seen with a few of our little tykes running amok, it seems like the people who claim these powers have an average age of 13-14. If this were possible, would not an even larger percentage of adults be able to do this, but possibly at a greater rate, because they would most definitely have more experience, and therefore would probably share their experiences here.

Also, if one were able to do this at will, would there also not be more documented evidence of this throughout history, and even on the news today? Would there also not be more people doing this out in the open? If it were possible, it would seem fairly easy to prove, so why the lack of evidence? As we've seen with the posters who claim this, it would be almost impossible to not want to share their ability.
Just pointing out major holes and logical fallacies...

What a world of trouble we would be in if this power existed in even a few. The elements help to add strength to your own abilities: during meditation, while using shields, remote viewing, etc. This "I can make it rain" crap is just that: a pile of crap and a manifestation of ones delusions of power. ❤

Alrighty. My sister and I, are verrrry intuitive to water, and earth. My sister, is intuitive to earth, and I on the other hand, am water. She also likes fire alot, and I like wind. I am not being mean, but you can not control wind. We can not control wind, water, earth nor fire, and I don't believe you can either. I'm not being mean, rude, or judgemental in any way, or trying not to atleast, but there are many people out there that believe they have the same gift also. Hi everyone. I'm 16 years old and I might have a few powers like all of you. Once when I didn't finish my book report for english, I really hoped I didn't have to hand it in the next day. And guess what? The next day, there was a blizzard that lasted 2 weeks. Since I live in Virginia, that seemed exceptional but might have been a coincidence because we have snowstorms from time to time.

in 2012 the earth (gaia) will end as we know it. It won't end completely. One way in which it wil change is that we will be open to more spirituality. Se we were put here on gaia as a sort of test to see if we could be in a physical form and stay in contact with the creator (god, the one, etc) and this started as a big global thing but we were all in small tribe ike things. The mainfocus was on a place we all know as atlantis, where the test was carried out for many times until the atlanteans got greedy an developed ego. Any way, the people there lived in perfect harmony with Gaia and the animals she holds and so they had a very high frequency, spirituality, and they had powers like manifestation, teleportation, telekenesis and others. They did this by being in touch with every one of the cells in and on there body.
What I'm trying to say is, when 2012 comes, our spirituality will rocket sky high and we will be able to use our spirit powers once agian! We will be more in touch with Gaia, and we will be able to control ourselves a lot more.
Also, drinking, smoking, being angry, ego, and bad things like that lower our frequency, and love, gentelness, adoration, and good things raise our frequency. So when the time comes, accept the change that will happen to us, the more you fight it, the worse the consequences.

Just recently I've been reading these books called ' the house of night' about vamipres and one has infinities for air water earth fire and spirit. I thought it was cool, so I tried calling the element water to hear me, I asked it to rain and it happened. I thought it was so cool, so I tried again. On 2 very sunny clear days outside, and no rain in the forcast, I called on water to rain, and within minutes it poured. My soccer game was cancelled and everyone was wondering where the rain came from. I'm proud of myself for being able to call water, But I need helpto control it better, it doesn't always work though. Also sometimes I can call wind and caused tornado warnings, though I didn't mean to, I just wanted a breeze. PLEASE help me figure out what to do NOW PLEASE!

My name is Racheal-Alice, but I prefer Rae. I am only 14 years old. I can control wind and storms. I am working on fire.

I am linked to water in a strange way. I can see almost perfectly and I can tell when someone is in the water by using currents. I can change the tempature, just a bit.

I meditate often to control my mood. If I don't the weather changes. Once at school when I was upset I made a large storm. We were all sent inside becuase of turnado reports. I had to meditate in a corner just to calm it down. But after I was weak. My friend who knows about this had to get me to a seat.

My tempature is just the same. But my hands are always frigid cold. Of ice and frost. I have walked on hot metal before with out a burn on my feet, while my other friend had his wrapped in bandages.

My dreams are plauged by demons. I see them reaching out for me, trying to use me for their game.

Can someone help me, I have managed to grasp the wind, but I need help with earth and fire. I need help with these dreams. I need help keeping calm.

Whenever I try to control the elements or cast some kind of spell, I protect myself with ancient symbols that ward of evil spirits. When I was little (about 5-6 years old) I didn't protect myself and I kept having the worst nightmares. When I was half asleep I used to see black hooded figures in the corners of my room. Now before doing anything supernatural, I always draw an Eye Of Ra (the ancient egyptian symbol of protection) on my palm. After I started doing that the nightmares and other creepy things stopped.

Mine is different. I after a while of focusing I can send some of my own life energy as far as 200 to 300 meters to scan and find some possible tasty enegery fields.

I use it on feeding/grounding/scanning and to be attached to nature especially if I want the source will be mother earth. Feeding with a short or single thread of energy is tiring but to use millions and wider ones can make it fast as possible.

I oftenly fall asleep after it but it is pleasing and when I wake up I feel light and rejuvinated.

I aslo does it to keep myself safe.

Everybody has some - even if limited - control over their environment, including weather. It's neither Demonic nor Righteous, just natural. The degree of control is always the matter in question. Turning OFF unwanted activity is a simple Angelic (Language of the Heavens) invocation: "El Aku ALIHA ASUR HIGH, cease!" with one hand pointing into the direction of the wind.

If it doesn't work, you may have opted, albeit in ignorance, into some elemental spirit control. If so, repeat the name again, followed by "leave me alone!" instead of "cease!"

Most Elementals are pranksters, and do things for the hell of it as if they were totally mindless. You know, like gang members, addicts, street punks and politicians. That said, they all run from the above name.

Wow its not weird or wrong, but new... I agree when Adaryn says "don't cause yourself any physical harm." Also have you done research on pagans? From multiple sources I've heard that if your chi or psi is being drivin by any negative influence it can have VERY BIG consequences. I'll answer any questions I can. Watergirl, it sounds as though you have a few issues that need sorting.

First of all, why do you want to become pagan? Is it because you truly feel an affinity with paganism? Or do you just think it would be cool, or are you just curious?

I get the sense that you're confused. Do you really understand what it is to be pagan? Do you realise that there are many different ways to BE pagan? Your friend's way is not the only way. He may be right about the elements, but he may not be. Personally, I'm inclined to think that it doesn't matter. According to different forms of astrology we have affinities different elements. For instance, Western astrology tells me I'm an air sign. Does that mean I can control air? Well, not really, and to be honest, I don't see the point. How will controlling air help others? It's as I said: what matters is what you believe, not what your friend or anyone else does, ok? You have to find your OWN spiritual path.

I don't mean to be so presumptuopus as to tell you who to be friends with, but what you've told me about this friend seems rather questionable. I always get nervous when I hear people talking about and flaunting their supposed 'powers', because it sounds as if they are interested in serving only themselves. Power is corrupting, and I believe that if we have powers it's to help others, not to further our own interests or to lay curses upon people. If you're truly pagan, then you'll most definately believe in some form of karma, and know that if you use your abilities to harm others, then no good will come of it and it is you who will be ultimately hurt in the end. Watergirl, I am not trying to sound condemning or parent-like, but the spirit world is not a game and I think you need to seriously look at your motives behind the things you do.

Secondly, I recommend looking into paganism a bit more. Go to the library. Do a Google search and click on links. I get the impression you really don't know that much about being pagan, and how many different forms are out there.

Finally, I recommend meditation. Meditation focusses your mind and can help you discover what it is you truly believe. If you're looking to develope your psychic ability, then meditation is the starting point. 99% of the people on this site will tell you that.

It did seem rather far feched to me... What he metn by being born pagan wsa his entire family is pagan and that's the way he was raised. Its in his entire family... It does seem rather evil though...

WHat I really would like to know is if he is right about the elements? If one can really do that? If so hwo would I use that?

P.S. And what's all this about being "born pagan"? That sounds really silly to me. We choose our own spiritual paths. Otherwise people would be "born Christian" or "born atheist" or "born agnostic". I was raised in a family with certain beliefs, but I chose to no longer identify with them, because they were not compatible with the way I came to view the world, based on my own life experiences. And I didn't have to go through any kind of initiation ceremony when I discovered what I believed. I eased myself into it. I tried different things, until I started to find what I was comfortable with and what worked for me. It doesn't matter what the people around you believe, but what YOU believe, and really, there's nothing stopping you from believing it in any way you wish.

Watergirl, no offence to your friend, but I think that's rubbish. That actually sounds quite evil to me.
There are many different varieties of paganism, such as Celtic or various forms of Wicca, for example. As white witches and many others who profess to be pagan work with and follow light and love, that doesn't seem conducive to doing yourself physical harm. Physically harming yourself, whether by cutting yourself, drinking too much alcohol and caffeine or otherwise not taking care of your physical and spiritual bodies, I believe, can attract negative entities to you. Others may disagree, but I have sensed overwhelmingly negative spiritual entities around people who have some of these problems.
Find your own path. As corny as it sounds, follow your heart, trust your instincts, and if someone tells you something that you don't feel is quite right, you don't have to believe it. Please, I would strongly encourage you not to participate in this kind of behaviour!
What better way is there to show your devotion than to meditate regularly, take care of yourself and commit yourself to loving and helping other people? I think this is not only much more difficult, but much more rewarding, than participating in this sort of behaviour. And something tells me that you know it too. Why else would you have posted if you didn't have doubts?

Sorry for intruding on your story. It would not let me post one of my own andi figured this was the best place to ask.

Im kind of new to this site but here goes... About a few weeks ago I made a friend and he told me he was pagan. I asked what pagans believe and he told me that 1 of the things they believe is that when a child is born that child is born with an element and the child is usually watched so that the parents may discover what their child is... I asked what mine were and he asked a whole bunch of questions that finally concluded with water and earth. I have been "practicing" with water but with no REAL results (at least not with results he has told me about) things I have noticed however is when I get really upset rain clouds will gather. Ex: we were having a bbq and my moms friends daughter was standing outside acting really snooty (I don't like her) I wanted her to go home and I figured that the best way for that 2 happen would be for her to have some major fashion issue... I really wanted it to rain and mess up her hair and it just started raining... Their have been weird odditys like that happening sence I have been told about this. Am I crazy? Or is that true? And if so any advice as to how to handle it?
Also I have made a desision to become pagan however my friend told me that to become a pagan (if not natural born) you had to cut yourself and draw a pentagon in yourown blood to show devotion... Is that true?

por thing you are real an inocent person, every one is elementel, i just talked about demonsbecause he was reciting wicca and that is calling to a godness, an if you researched and did more that play around whith your powers, you would now that pagan gods, the ones from spells, were demons, you think you now a lot but man you don't even have the idea of the consequences of using your power, if you researched you would also now that ignorant peopel worship to the devil whith out nowing, for an exemple the rock simbol, han didn't now, well it is, I could write where a lot of teory, but you would stay just same, and also one thing there is a thing more powerfell than soul contract, I also control the elements an about 2 years ago I found out about nature fusion, in english it looks stupid the name but man it does make you realy powerfell. It doesn't mean that you are a servant of demons or anything like that, myself, I'm the complete opposite, and I can't tell you why... Soul contract "/... But I'm not evil or serve anything evil. You just need to learn how to control your abilities. I know personally four elementals, one of which can control like all the elements and everything... I'm not that good, but I know it can be done. This is out of conrol now. Every time I walk outside the wind swirls around me. I mean like there have been tornado watches. This started getting out of control when I was talking to my friend and I compared myself to a wizard and she forgot why. I decided to show her by blowing in her face a little. The wind was already a light brezze but I have never been real powerful. I coaxed the wind to blow harder in my mind and my friend was on her butt from the force.
The wind seems to want to be controled I even have to control my breath or it will pound against my chest (try explaining your yelp of pain to your math teacher)

I have had these dreams about the end of time and they predict down to every last second and my dreams predict the future to every day and somehow the 4 elements are calling to me and I can control them I need help with this I am scared can someone help? 😨 😨 😨

As a child I have experienced a minor influence over the elements of water, fire, and especially wind. I'm not sure as to the scientific explanation for this, however I can tell you that influencing the elements is not an easy task. At least not for most people.

I have often noticed that chanting works; not because of the words you are using, but, because of the amount of physical and spiritual energy you are unleashing from your body. However, I find it easier to just sit quietly and clear my mind. I often will imagine it being dark and then in the my center I see an orb of which ever element it is I am trying to channel my energy towards.

Just recently I was standing silently in the middle of my yard on concentrating on my hands, which were in front of my face. I recommend making some kind of shape or sign with your hands in order to firmly concentrate on them. I noticed that once I had focused on sending the energy to my center (hands) that the wind began to pick up rather quickly, or should I say the existing air currents began to hasten past me.

I'm not sure if anyone else has tried something similar but it seemed to work for me.

i can control it too. It is so weird. I am trying different things but not much is working.😭
