I get the "it didn't happen to me so it can't be true" vibe. Ever think that the others that have been attack might not have survived to type something on this site? What is wrong with claiming things you wish to protect and treasure? If more people claimed the Earth and took responsibilities for their brothers and sisters and other living things, this would be a nicer place. So if anyone has real advice please advise.

Ananda- I assure you, and Rashidah can probably vouch for me, as well as some of our other posters, but if someone from this site were attacking your family, they would have most certainly attacked other posters on this site, which is not the case.

Here's my thought: Perhaps a negative entity became attached to your family, along its way, and you were pointed to this site for advice from a good portion of our lovely posters. I have personal suggestions to who would be a good choice, but that's another matter.

Anyway- Say there is a negative entity attached to you or your family. The first step would be to place charged salts along the openings of the house- windows, doors, ect... Next, you will want to do a cleansing. If you go to yourghoststories.com, there is a lovely article about how to do a cleansing/smudging. If you need additional help, I would suggest aid from the poster WhiteBuffalo. She has helped me in the past on how to do a cleansing. There are other posters who are helpful, too, and I'm sure if you ask them in a simple manner, they will be happy to help. I am happy to help, as well.

oh blue it was not my intention. I was just trying to see who was trying to suck my daughter's life energy. The point of my post is this: There are too many on this site who think they're angels or demons incarnate, and this is what has given them their abilities. Psychic abilities are inherent in every living being. Indigos have the capability to retain those gifts through the use of their highly developed brains. I do believe in the "old soul, young soul" theory. I just have a hard time believing that there are so so so many old souls.

One thing I've learned about "old souls" is that they don't flaunt it. That is a trait of the middle-aged soul, who needs further developtment. Old souls offer information and insight when asked, middle-aged and young adult souls come across as know-it-alls, and have no problem using their wealth of knowlege as the impetus to making themselves feel important.

Ok warning for astral projection. Unless your body is protected by Angels or other guardians, your body will be a playground for demons. Personal real life experience?

My husband was molested when he was 14 by his great uncle. I dreamt at the same time that he was in so much pain and he would not tell me why. So finally he let me teach him how to fly to the higher realms and his soul healed there. (I didn't meet him in this plane until I was 21, he is a year younger than me and more grounded to this earth and does not remember his dreams either. He remembers me but he I thinks I'm his imaginary friend and dismiss it as childhood fantasy. To keep the peace I let him keep that illusion. He needs it for protection. Because you see the demon who attacked him in the form of his uncle still tries to suck his energy and kill him.

So PLEASE be careful and make sure you have protection. LISTEN to the voice in your heart that is trying to protect and guide you from the paths of darkness.

Thank you AnandaHya. I find that creating a sheild of light around me helps. Also a waterfall falling from above me, spreading throught my body and then running off my fingertips and feet and going into the ground, it cleanses my body. I cannot remember my dreams too well. I know that they are from when my brain waves are slow & I enter higher realms. I find it hard to remember all of my dream because of this. It is very frustrating, I know that I have remembered it, but I can't grasp the memory! Hard to explain, but it's very frustrating.
I have lots of Astral Dreams. I love having them. I feel weightless and free. Then after I wake up I feel so great 😆 and I wish I could do it whenever I liked!
I'll figure out how to do that one day, but for now I am working on other stuff.

night everyone. May the angels of light keep and guard you as you walk the path of righteousness. I'm going to gurad my earthly family as they sleep. Something is giving them nightmares...

i have a family of wolves to and I read at least 200 pages a day so I can learn things to convince myself I'm not crazy. I've been label "execeptional" all my life, but truthfully I just feel human and normal. Everyone else just need to remember their dreams and they would catch up too. I've learned talking to most people that t hey don't remember dreams which I think is really weird.

The beings are could asuras in buddhist termology "angry/jealous gods and live in the minds eye realm which you see when you're mind is experiencing beta wave patterns. Moving higher up (slowing brain waves/ relazing makes you ascend the pyramid) the faster teh brain waves the lower the realms. Hell is the bottomest pit, not a pleasant place. Visited once and my earthly family saved me by waking me up.

Hope that helps, and there should other explanations but my heavenly family is buddhist so that's why I get this answer.

Well, I closed my chakras by imagining it like a flower closing its petals. I'm whole brained.
About that animal. I've seen an animal like that before. I'm not sure where though. It may not have been in this life time because I can't really recall it. I can see it faintly but I can't remember details. The only thing that is different is that I see it with just one big hollow eye where it's third eye would be. It's like a red faced monkey kind of thing and it has horns and fangs. It also has a tail and it moves fast. I think it had gripping hands, kind of like a frog. Thats all that I can grasp onto.
I don't know what it is, or why you see it.

The connection with wolves and dogs... Hmmm... I think that they may be kind of like your guides. Or your spirit family. Or maybe from another life you have lived. Maybe even on Earth. That could be why you have the connection and remember it well? But like you said, they may be your animal totem.
Don't take my words as facts though, they're just from faint feelings I get.

The thing about Chakras. I have no clue about opening or closeing things. I just know I have one...thing...or like a blockage that opens when I see something. Its in my forehead. There are times when suddenly my head hurts, and I see strange things, like animals. Its usually one thing, with fangs and a monkey like red face and horns, or a hollow thing skelitol figure, with a large whole-like mouth, and large empty eyes, its body sort of trails away, like it becomes thinner like a snake. Then I just put the blockage back, or try to block things out, by humming, opening my eyes and observing what's around me.
I am more right than left brain... The right side of my head is hurting right now.
I can't studdy physics, but am very very good at psycology, its like common sencce to me, I read my sisters colledge books for fun.
Any insights?

Caitylin- I also think there are "different levels" like a pyramid. Like planes. Earth is lower in my mind too. I often see differnet places, which seem not earthly. And wolves, but not bad wolves, its like I'm in a pack of wolves, loveing and careing like a family. They're like sweet dogs, except with an ememy. Its like they protect each other, and me from enimies, I think they are like my animal totem... I am very close to dogs in general too. Any insights? Your younger than me, and know more! That should prove it, age don't matter.

I see their past lives and they are not all in this solar system. The rules of "science" are not the same in each world and there are "gates" to travel between them. That is just my experience but I could just be making it all up to amuse myself. So you decide.

I am not saying that we MUST be from another world, but I think that it could be a possibility, although, you may not see what I call a diffeent world/place the same as what I see.
I feel that every living thing is one. I feel that there are so many of us, but we are still linked. I see us split into groups, possibly all the Earth beings. I see it like a pyramid. There are the wisest groups on the top and the less wiser at the bottom. I feel that we are all here to learn. When I said I thought maybe our spirits were from another place, I felt that Earth wasn't too high on the pyramid and that higher beings had come down to help and teach. I feel that we are still all one. It's like different countries - they are all different in what they know, how they are, and their qualities, but still the same form. When I say we have come from another place I mean we could be from that other country you don't know, here to help and teach.
I don't know how to better explain it but that's the complex way I originally thought it.

Scorpio, in my opinion, indigo children don't have what could be considered "supernatural" powers. I've done a lot of research on indigos, and what I've found is the defining common quality is their intelligence. Some people use the left side of their brain, some the right. Indigos are known for the capability to use both sides simultaniously. Do some research on that, and you'll agree. This capability is what makes them feel as though they are "different", as it is very hard to relate to those who can't understand where they're coming from, or those of average intelligence. The seemingly psychic abilities are a result of the capability to logisticize and differenciate reality from fantasy. This is why so many are diagnosed with ADD or ADHD. They absorb and process information so quickly, that while others are still learning, they've got it and get bored waiting for others to catch up.

I feel I must correct those who think indigos are a recent phenomenon. All one needs to do is study a little bit of history to pick out those from the past. Albert Einstein, Adolph Hitler, John F. Kennedy, Benjamin Franklin, and Vincent Van Gogh are but a drop in the bucket.

The phenomenon is nothing more than another step on the evolutionary ladder. Think of it this way: at some point during the evolutionary process, someone was born with a non-functioning appendix. Let's not revert to the dark ages and start believing that because one has these capabilities, they MUST be other-worldly. ❤

Thanks, that is help. I've gotten those kind of nagging feelings before. Sometimes it kind of controls me without my knowing. I will listen to it and try to make stronger contact with it. At the moment I only get those 'gut feelings' from it.
It means a lot to me that you don't believe age matters. I've been in situations like the story you told. Often it's around my parents and teachers. I think my parents have learnt from this though. It doesn't happen as much with them.

Also, quick question to anyone, I used crystals on my chakras (Amythest on my Third Eye Chakra & Malachite on my Heart Chakra) to unblock them, balance them and strengthen them, but now it hurts. I have like a minor pain like a head ache on my Third Eye Chakra and I feel an uncomfortable pain on my Heart Chakra too. Is this normal? If not what have I done wrong? Have I damaged them?

Wow, almost like a war took place here.
Well, I'm not sure if my advice will be of any help, seeing as wierd things just started happening to me, but I remember how I first met my "Spirit Guide."
1) Shes (or he) has always been there since you were born. They are your "coscience", kinda, sometimes your intuition.
I was in a big slump, so I kept asking a question, again and again and again. At first, Id get yes and no answers, then, sentances, and finally, entire conversations.
Well, (once again) I'm not sure if it's like this for everyone, I'm pretty new here, but you have to acknowledge that no matter what, someone is willing to guide you. You have to allow youself to open up to their voice, and listen. It can be as simple as...well...example, you want revenge on someone, so your going to do something petty, but there's a nagging feeling telling you its wrong. Listen to it. Dont ignore. You feel bad for a poor begger on the road, while your eating buiscuites, a part of you feels like giving the buiscuits to them, go and give it. Listen to thoes little nagging feelings in the back of your mind, everyone has them. Slowly, you should start hearing a voice telling you "No, don't do that" even explaining why...well...thats what happened to me.

Yes, I know that the guide is always with me, but I cannot make solid contact with it. I help people all the time. Troubled people are attracted to me just as I am attracted to them. I always talk to God, by looking to the sky or the ceiling if I can't see the sky, and I talk to him.

DC I know you haven't asked ME the question but I want to say, I sometimes feel as if I'm not human. I've considered that it could be something like, our spirits are from a different place than most others are? And our spirits have been put in human bodies to help all the other humans and souls here?
This is just one of my ideas. I can't exactly explain it. I always have these complex thoughts though. Of possibilities and about the world. I think about reasons why the world is so negative, what the world should be like and how to change it. This is one of the things that an Indigo Child is meant to have, but it's also ones of the reasons I've been diagnosed with ADHD, but I know I'm not meant to be diagnosed.

So yeah, to answer your question sometimes I feel as if I am not human.

Although there has been a lot of info given here, it isn't just that I have matched all the characteristics, I can feel it. Something is telling me that it's true I am an Indigo Child.

I still need to learn things though. I'm not in control of what I can do, it just happens. I also haven't met my Spirit Guide yet. If someone has tips on how to meet your Spirit Guide, please share them to me. It would be much easier to have help always by my side.

Oh and I also feel much better now. And my mind is clear of others, they are probably sleeping.

oh about ADD and ADHD people have said I had an undiagnosed case of it. I have the energy level of 7 normal people because it has been said about me that I quote "you get done in an afternoon what takes most people whole week to do" it is all about focus and concentration. Try learning and teaching mediation techniques. You see we with these problems have more energy because we have more to do in life than others.

To have a "normal" life and still be a messenger of God takes a LOT of energy. So I understand. Do you know that the Hindus believe that the world was danced into exisitence?

I'll watch it, but have you spent any time really looking at the information Rook gave you? It all comes down to definitions, when those are changed to meet whatever the next person wants them to be then where does it all end? Who's going to make the next change, or add a new defining factor? If it does not match up to what the original person layed down as the definition, how can anyone even claim it as real? It's not fair to the person who came up with the idea and that persons predictions, how can it ever be thought of as a real and factual description if it's been changed? That's what the big comotion was all about to begin with. Fairness.

You're probably right, I do have a tendency to overdo it at times. But I don't want any more bad feelings to come between all of us anymore. Everybody deserves to be heard, but not all people can be expected to be nice. Sometimes people just get tired.

Caitylin, I don't think bad of you at all. I only worry that the information you receive from this site is the actual true and best you can get. If you leave here and go to another site and say that you got your facts from this site, and your facts are wrong then it makes us over here look pretty cheesy, don't you agree? That wouldn't be fair to those who tried only to help you either. I don't think you guys realize who's been trying to help you. You have no idea how fortunate you are. I'm going to leave it at that. But one thing you all should remember when you visit this site. This forum is for ALL the people to feel comfortable asking questions and offering alternative solutions and ideas. When someone questions how you came to a certain solution, just tell them how you did it. It's not always because they think you're lying, they may be going through the same thing you are and all they want are answers, just like you did. Wouldn't it be better to pass on the knowledge that someone has passed to you? Just be responsible for what you teach to others and give them the chance to make up their own mind, just like you did. I know I am an Indigo Child, and I personally am not bothered if you believe or not. Just because you are able to express your opinion, doesn't mean you have to express it in such a way that will make others feel bad.

Caitylin- Actually, Cosmogal and others have thought about more than themselves. They're thinking about this site as a whole, and the integrity of said site.

It would be foolish and illogical to take things at face value, without looking into other possible explanations, or looking into knowledge to gain facts, as well. This is a public forum- opinions of different angles are unavoidable, and preventing such opinions would be detrimental do the integrity of the definition of "public forum". It would also negate any thought of this site having even an ounce of credibility.

I applaud posters who aren't afraid to post their opinions, regardless if the facts they post may possibly "make your blood boil". If a story on this site sounds ludicrous, I would EXPECT posters to look into things and offer alternative opinions. Some say "ignorance is bliss", but that's exactly what leads the lambs to slaughter.

I'm sorry, but in most cases, it is quite apparent as to "how old your souls are".

No. Sorry I did make a few mistakes in there. I'm not perfect. BUT I did research last night and I'm an Indigo Child. Don't judge me because you don't even know me. I did research last night and I fit almost every trait.
I was diagnosed with ADHD a while ago and my mind tried to push me away from the tablet. I took it for a while and did notice that my abilities got weaker and I lost some of my strong personality which I know now, were traits of an Indigo Child. I stopped taking it then and there. My parents don't know I don't take it but I talked to them about me being an Indigo Child not a child with ADHD but they still believe I should take the tablet.

By the way. I think it's stupid that you think so low of us. You don't even know any of us. You don't know what we can do.

But anyway, if you choose not to believe us, that's your loss.

It is fien by me if I am an indigo or not as long as I have these bizarre experiences that happened in my life. When I tried to meditate in the past. I could see different colors in my mind specially the indigo color in the end. I guess it was only my imagination after all.

Scorpio, I understand what you mean by getting good or bad vibes from people and sensing that they have alterior motives. I have always used the term a "Wolf in Sheep's clothing" to describe them. I too get impressions and feelings about someone I meet for the first time. Some might call it empathy, I believe I'm just a good judge of character. But you see that as an Indigo trait which would make me one, but I am not.

Oh my gosh! My friends mother told me that all children born in the 90's were Indigo children. I am a developed indigo child... And like you... I have known I was different since I was little.
I am 13. I have various abilities. They are getting stronger and stronger every day. I cannot control them yet but I'm working on it. Every night before I go to sleep I go into an altered state and tell my higher self what I want to be and it works.
See if it works for you. Quieten your mind, then simply tell your higher self what you want. I've been working on my control, so when I want to be able to control my abilities, I simply say 'I can control my abilities.' I also say, 'My abilities are getting stronger,' to make them stronger.
