So I'm a 14 year old boy... And almost everything you said I can relate to. I'm actually almost scared at how similar my situation is to yours. I can relate to everything except for seeing the spirits, but who knows maybe I just haven't picked out those specific spirits yet. I have like a weird unsettling feeling around "bad" people. That panic attack thing to is also another thing I can relate to. The freakiest thing is the thing about thoughts popping into your mind. One time on the walk home from school I was thinking about an episode of courage the cowardly dog (I just randomly thought of it). The next day I came home and it was on. This show is cancelled to so that makes this experience even more extraordinary.Music, TV, tests, all those things will just pop into my head and will come true. The animals (my mom jokes around calling me doctor Doolittle) The changes in mood, even the easy things seeming harder, and harder things seeming easier... All of it I can relate to and I am happy to know I'm not the only one. I have not told anyone I know of these experiences, so I am glad to know someone else is feeling the same way I am.

I too can feel people and places. I have been able to do this my whole life but I have no understanding of my gifts (I have others too) or how to use them. I have been too afraid to explore them for fear of opening the flood gates of the unknown for I have no one to help me understand them until now when I found this site quite by mistake or maybe not by mistake a few weeks ago. I'm glad your embrasing your gift early on in life.
