I was also interested in your reference to the choosing of DNA, pre birth. This is probably off topic but I have had multiple dreams where I am told my DNA is not of earth/human origin or some figures are collecting it from me, and that always had me wondering.

But its quite lengthy.

Of course you can post and arrange it if you feel the need.
I had originally put it in a chronological order.
But the computer would not accept.

It's too good to get lost as the posts slip down the page. If I were to make one recommendation, it would be to add a list of things you personally think people could do to enhance this. I know I would not be alone in wanting to hear your summary of what you perceive as effective techniques.
