I really don't know what to say. When it comes to dream there are people out there that takes them seriously, in my case... I really don't care too much about it, but I do keep it in mind. Dreams are "puzzle vision" if you can figure out the puzzle you can find out the reason behind it.

I think you have a point, paralysis, vibration and buzzin sound are sign of OBE (out of body experience), in my case, I can honestly astral project if I am sleeping facing up/laying on back... But I have such an increible fear that I can't sleep in that position anymore, I just feel so vulnerable 😢. But anyways, sleep paralysis are no problem for me, astral projection, YES!...i don't know about you guys but sometime it just doent feel right 😕

You are welcome ravenula. Well I will explain types of my dreams, in each dream I carry a sword and kind of clear the area in which I am in the dream. Not to mention I practice sword too as my hobby since childhood. At first I wondered why I am only choosing sword over guns and stuff but I feel like I should practice sword so I do. I don't know about it so maybe its just my imagination. If you have any dream like this then please post it. I want to make sure that I am not the only one seeing such dreams.

Well ravenula you maybe right about that but there are many point of views of one thing. Some may see from your point of view and some from another. Well I say everything is well as long as we are not in trouble. 😁

Hi Mubashir I find your dreams interesting and that you felt tied, and unable to move connected to fighting demons. Was this during sleep paralysis or not? Because sometimes your Guides can induce sleep paralysis to teach you something... In your case I believe the message is to stand your ground (feeling tied and unable to run) and fight (your) demons not necessarily real demons out there trying to torture you but demons such as your own inner demons in a symbolical way - such as fears, doubts and insecurities.

I don't think it was someone else's "emotions" you had going through your mind but your own negative thoughts.

It is good to hear that you "got rid" of it somehow... Maybe it could be a message for yourself and others to have faith in themselves and because of that they will pull through.

Great message, thank you!

Sleep paralysis and REM sleep... It happens when your mind is not entirely shut off and still consciously calculating etc. It is like you are still awake but your body is sleeping. Now during sleep your body's cell processes slow down or something... And what the body is said to do is to protect itself by keeping itself down, and not to "shock itself awake" while the metabolic processes in your body is slowed, such a sudden shock could disturb the "process" or the "sleep rhythm" putting harmful strain on your body... See it as this: the body needs its sleep where your mind does not... But in order for the mind to function properly during waking hours the body must energize itself via sleep... Okay the body (vessel) needs recharging for the mind to utilize sufficiently.

It is not like you cannot breathe but that you don't want to breathe... In the sense that the mind or soul wants to "leave the body", particularly astral traveling... It is when the soul drifts half out of the body that you cannot breathe. Maybe your soul or awareness feels too aware for your body or the physical reality, with the need to not be gentle on your physical vessel.

People usually see things during sleep paralysis - because that is when the veil is seen past, when the soul actually sits UP out of the body on top of the body staring into the astral reality... LACK OF AIR, heavy chest, airless chest... Signs of temporary soul leaving of the body.

And many times people see other things sitting on their chest... Could be guides keeping the soul down and in the body.

Some call it demons... Guess some people don't like the Look of themselves outside of their bodies LOL 😁 😉

Hey spirited away I had these experiences too. Its been few weeks that I got a feeling that someone actually tied me, I was awake but couldn't move. For some reason I suddenly fell asleep. Next day I woke up, there was some flow of negative thoughts in my mind, a really tired and stressed feelings. Even at some point it felt like someone was taking over my senses. Anyways I got rid of this somehow and now I don't feel being tied. As for battle with demons in dreams, I have been seeing such dreams for a long time. Well dreams about demons are pretty wierd so I don't tell anyone about them. Well maybe they are just dreams so should I take them seriously or not? Well I don't take them seriously.

Thank you so much for your info. I been having sleep paralysis since I was 8 or 9 year old and only once in my whole life, I felt like I was low on air, not choking just hard to breathe. I am so familiar with this that I first I would pray to go god, without me knowing it, just came naturally and that would break the parilysis, but lately, I been able to break out of it by concentrating deep inside my energy, and let it burst all of my body... After that, I just end up with a burning sensation from within. I pray every night before I go to bed and always feel safe, but there have been some occassion, when I still get the paralysis and that just piss me off, I can also feel it when it is about to start, but unlike amymarie, I only get the paralysis, vibration and buzzing... I do not feel any entity or negative energy in the room... But I am pretty sure it have to do something with the supernatural since in some occasion I been having dream of me fighting off demons. Let me know what you think

You should NEVER accept this as it is not normal. I have researched this for quite sometime now.

This condition presents itself as something that occurs in every culture, in every town, city and country in the world. Different countries all over the globe each have their own terminology to describe this happening.

In African countries this experience is commonly referred to as 'the devil on your back'.

In Turkey they refer to a particular demon that holds their victim down as hard as possible to prevent them from moving. If you do not pray to God quick enough the demonic creature may strangle you to death.

In Pakistan sleep paralysis is believed to be an encounter with Satan. It is assumed that black magic has been used by an enemy or someone who is jealous of you.

I applaud the Fijian tradition with their method of disposing such an occurrence and that is to immediately curse and use every bad word known to you and mankind to be rid of their evil presence forever.

Sleep paralysis occurs mostly during the night not long after you fall asleep or when you are first waking up. People suffering from this have described their experiences as having total paralysis all over their body, someone trying to strangle you, a feeling of someone crushing you by sitting on your chest or by lying on top of you. Some people have described a feeling of horror, seeing dark shadows thinking there is an evil presence in their bedroom. Some even hear voices, a buzzing noise or static. These poor victims are petrified not just from their experience but because they are sensing, feeling and sometimes seeing something evil in the safety of their own home.

I have read of a young man at the age of twenty-one is so terrified after each experience that he has to sleep in the same bedroom as his parents. A young lady who can only has the use of her breath to gasp for air and hyperventilates (very loudly) on purpose to warn her boyfriend she is being attacked, because she cannot move anything else on her body or use her vocal cords. So her boyfriend then shakes her violently to help her out of it.

Scientists will have you believe when experiencing sleep paralysis that you are awake but still sleeping, even though we can see, hear and feel. So when we are in the midst of suffering from this condition and trying desperately to break free from whatever is holding us down and not to mention feeling and sometimes seeing an evil presence in our bedroom, we are dreaming. They recommend people suffering from this condition to get sufficient sleep, reduce stress and exercising regularly (but not before going to sleep).

Having first-hand experience, there is no way you can convince me I was dreaming when I was clearly not.

This phenomenon is made possible because a low grade entity is getting close to your aura and you feel like you are literally being attacked in your sleep. This occurs at night when you are sleeping because you are at your weakest making you vulnerable for such an attack. Unhappy with their existence in a lower realm dimension, they want to make someone else's life a misery too. If this happens to you, never show fear, get very angry and tell them to leave you alone!
