I have to go with the other posters and say you were having an OBE...Sometimes, I think, when we're in such as state, WE become the "ghost" 😆...It would explain how during some hauntings, things go missing, then reappear days or weeks later exactly where you left them! 😆

paulie bringing things back from other world's is NOT a GOOD thing.

The elemental spirits of this world probabaly block you from accessing the gates to the other worlds. That is what they do to people who misuse their power.

Since you did it out of ignorance, they might forgive you if you build up enough good Karma to exchanged in order to be taught how to visit other planes and dimensions.

Meditate on the world by living in it. Fast by doing good works and both your spiritual eyes and heart will benefit from it.

You won't be able to prevent all hardships, they are test to see how you will react. Read what Job had to go through to test a boast that God made of Job's "righteousness"

But in the end he was given all that he lost and more besides. He built up GOOD KARMA by his actions. In the spiritual world Karma is tangible like black and white threads and can become living entities in certain realms. The universe is vast, you should learn how to explore it in your nightly dreams. Also find out what is possible in THIS world during your waking hours. THIS WORLD has its own set of rules of what is allowed and what is forbidden. If you break them you get punished so that others will not follow suit.

You have the ability to draw things from other dimensions into this one. Learn what you need to do to be allowed to use that ability without destroying this world by leaving a gaping hole/gate that must be closed by others. Until you learn how to control your own thoughts and actions, culitivate compassion, equinamity and other neccessary emotions and thoughts. You will be bound by the rules of this world.

What I would really love to find out, is if this has ever happened to anyone before! And if so, what would this be called or related to?

[at] Ash... Yeah, I've had that suggested before. But I'm pretty sure it was a regular dream, at least I felt normal that is. The only abnormal thing that happened that morning was finding the key in my bed! Besides, I've never experienced anything else remotely close to this ever since.

[at] Tortilla, thanks! I have no idea how I did it at all, and it only happened the one time. I have always been somewhat psychic, and therefore have known beforehand when things would happen. But that too has been sporatic. I seem to have more esp and intuition than anything else.

[at] Amanda, sounds very interesting! I've considered so many possibilities over the years, and have posted this before with no real explanations. As far as I have seen, I am the only one this has ever happened to! Now I find that hard to believe myself, but I have seen no other info at all!

I do live my life in that way on a normal basis, and feel that I have done well. The only drawback is I don't always think positively of myself or others. I have fought with depression pretty much my whole life, so it hasn't been easy. And I am a Cancer, so if someone wrongs me, I carry that darn torch... But for quite a while now, I have been in better spirits and have learned to let a lot of things in my past go. So maybe there's hope for me yet!

That's pretty interesting. I imagine it could be done during an obe. If you can affect objects while out side of your body why not take them with you. That's pretty great. I haven't heard of anyone having that talent before. Grandma listens to Mr. Norry too I'm sure he would love to address that topic. Hey you're from new york, me too:)

Some things people think of as "dreams" are not normal dreams but journeys that your spirit goes on to visit other dimensions. You might brought something back and when you went out to play the entities that maintain the balance and harmony of this world put it back where it belonged so as not to disrupt the energy flow of this world. Life is very fragile and must maintain a balance to exist in this world. For example, your body regulates itself if it gets too cold, your body cells will die because your blood does not circulate fast enough. If you get to hot, your brain cells will die from over heating.

You sound like you have a good base to learn more about the universe, my suggestion is to build character and good karma by doing compassionate acts and thinking positive thoughts of yourself and others. That way you will attract beings that will help guide you on your path and protect you to a certain extent. You will still go through trials, but if you have good karmic built up. Then you will have a helper to explain why you are going through them.
