It is helpful, Though I never contacted a higher being. I wanted to talk to these spirits in my cousin old house. I passed by the house about 1 month ago or probably more and asked them to tell me anything, that same day I had a dream of the house (the basement) and the next day I had another dream of the same house but they never told me anything, and then just before I had those dreams I remember having these life experience dreams, sometimes they were about death, and someone told me that I was going to die and other times, they were about life risking events, such as running away from someone and so on
Anyways thank you once again! I always find every experience that you put up very helpful:]
