Revelation 12 came to my mind. In the Bible the bull is a representative of great power even power unlimited. Maybe this ruler is a manifestation of the Spirit of the Anti-Christ. Two things I can't figure out are what the elements mean and if you dreamed of the past or the future. Seems dreams of wars are quite common nowadays, which makes sence. As we move closer and closer to the end the demons will get nervous and the angels will prepare their armies. Those that are sensitive will be able to sence their emotions as they all grow restless.
