Comments for What Am I? Empath, Psychic, Clairvoyant?: Page 1

I just joined this site, and I am so happy to read some of the things I have been feeling. I absorb so many people's energies and then think they are my own. It is still taking some getting used to to just stop and think to myself, am I feeling this way, (sad, angry, depressed) etc., or have I picked up on someone else's energies. I am going to enjoy reading the stories listed here. Thank you for subitting your story.

That last point you described surprised me so much! 5-10 minutes before My family comes home, I swear that I can hear them. The car pulls up along the gravel; the engine stops. Doors open and close, voices murmur, shopping bags rustle...
I look out the window: no car. Not long after that, they usually arrive! I tend to think it's just my imagination... But I usually get the feeling that someone is going to turn up early, even if I'm not expecting them. Hmmm... So I can relate to you with that one, as well as to your empathy and the senses that you get about people. My parents started listening to me too after something similar happened (though the person in question was a friend of my sister's).
Btw RougeElegance, it's not just 'women's intuition', but EVERYONE'S intuition. Everyone is intuitive to varying degrees, only some tend to dismiss it as 'coincidence'.
