Well deathdefyinglove I went on a crystal websites and checked out the attrabutes and only one attrubute I don't have. I don't have an autism. It says usally.

i know I cann't sleep ethier and I fill something watching me 24-7 it is horriable I don't really know how long I've been like this but, it just keeps getting worse (if you want to know what I mean look at my comments I worte one that explains more) by the way I have a? You could try and channel your energy into a sort of barrier.

Wow your story really hits home. I am a healer and I can give and take energy. With me though there are demons after me. I have killed so many demons to date about 20. What you have to do is find a spirit that can help you get rid of them. Or ask go to come and get rid of them. I found a spirit weapon as my tool to kill them. Now there all gone and I'm bored,

You are totally right. The more you know, the more things come after you. But it really sucks sometimes because you get curious. Then that saying "curiousity killed the cat" comes into play. The point is, I get what you're talking about. I was in the same position, and still kind of am. So, I guess we just got to stay strong and not let them win, huh?

Just remember, once a ghost, always a ghost. They are dead spirits, ones that cannot enter heaven, and they cannot enter hell. Therefore, they are ghosts. Ghosts cannot harm you directly, so don't be afraid of coming into contact with them.
However, they can alter the aura of the surrounding area. They can MAKE you feel uneasy, they can MAKE you feel scared. Just remember, it is all an illusion, that is how they get to you.
To conquer a ghost, is to show courage, and they soon tire, just like a bully.
