Me and my husband just moved into an apartment and we both had been experience paranormal phenomena in this place. We've heard sounds for days that we knew was not coming from next door but inside our apartment, that stopped, then the bedroom door starting moving all day on its own (with Air Conditioner on or off), that stopped, now for the past month it felt like something was touching my husband. You know how if your laying next to someone and you both have the same blanket... It felt like someone was poking the blanket all over his body, then he bent his knee up and it felt like something pushed his knee over, he jumped up and looked at me... I said 'I didn't push you' and asked him if his body was twitching or something. Well he ignored it. But now i'm feeling it. It first feels like something pokes the blanket all over... Then I can feel a tingling sensation at the same spot where the blanket is poked... Then it feels like something pushing me... Then it moves to another spot on my body. This happens for hours until I just fall asleep. I try to lay there and figure out if it could be something else. Feels like a roach or bug landing on the blanket... Then a push on my skin with tingling. I'm just concerned about is the thing trying to move us/mess with us or if its trying to get inside our bodies possession style or something. What is this? Seems like the same thing [at] MaximizeLife was going through.

Trust me I feel tingling touch sometimes on my hand hair legs back neck I get touch on the face a lot I don't know why? But I do believe it's male spirit I feel stroking on my face day and night it's hard to sleep but it's not harming me thank goodness I don't think it a spirit guild why Do spirit like touching people a lot I aslo feel light cold air breeze around me I can sence it near me I told my sister sara about she has the same feeling not as much... Spirit male is very touchie kind of creepy but I try best to stay calm not freak out anybody feels this please tell me why spirit do what they DO? Thank you 😊

I too have felt experiences like you. I often feel like someone or something is touching me. At first I thought I was being paranoid because I watch classic horror films. But the ones I view don't scare me because they are just classics. I've had nightmares where I wake up, again feeling touched. It had gotten to the point where I now sleep less and very late. I also keep a light on. I didn't decide until today to look up what may be happening. Its the way I came across not only this site but as well as your post. I remembered something about how sometimes its nothing paranormal it could be that our own negative energies that we don't release can hold us down or touch us. Its the way energies touch us that feel almost human-like which is why we might see it as paranormal. So what I then did was cleared my mind and begin peaceful meditations. I simply just relaxed and cleared my mind and grew stronger to my faith. I haven't got rid of all the negative energies because I simply have just begun but I thought it would be nice if I shared it with you. Hope this helped. 😊

I know exactly what you're talking about here. Quite often I get this strange tingling/shock on my cheek- always my right. It feels like someone is kissing me on the cheek or trying to bite me, I don't know 😐
I've also had the feeling of a hand reaching into the back of my head. It's always fuzzy and unpleasant and that's the only part that disturbs me. I don't mind the biting or kissing (whatever it is) but when that hand goes right through me that's where I draw the line.

If anyone could help me, explain, or give me their thoughts on this it would really be appreciated:)

Since about 1984 I have felt either an electronic pulse or psychic entity "poke" or "pulsate" on (various) yet specific spots on my body over the years. These pokes make my muscles or skin vibrate or spaz for a few quick seconds up to an hour sometimes! It can be VERY annoying. I can & will go into specifics when I find others who know what I am talking about & we find the right site to open up about it!

For years I thought it was 'black ops/gov't entities' bullying me via 'ADS' (active denial system), which is a electronic burning sensation through 1/64" of the skin to BURN the skins normal 'feeling' receptors.
Now I'm not sure if it's electronic or psychic... Can anyone help me?

Hi! I also feel the same thing. It has been happening for more than a year now. How do you overcome with the touching sensations that you feel?

I wanted to ignore it as much as I can but sometimes I even feel jerking in my body all over. Is it still normal?

I've been kissed before without anyone being there, so your definitely not alone. I have no idea what is though. My house is not haunted and I've never seen a ghost so I don't think it was that and no one I know has past away. So go figure 😕. Since I'm telepathic I've considered it being just a telepathic connection with a friend, since we both have the same dreams at times. Do you know of anyone that is as sensitive as you? If you do figure out what this is tell me I would really like to know.

I get sensations of touch all of the time. But it doesn't feel like a physical hand it's a tingly cold sensation. I'll get goose bumps. Like when you accidentally brushed by something you didn't know was there, but in my case there is really nothing there. Dont feel crazy it only makes things worse whether it is really somehting or not ask if theer is something you can do and then after that ignore it. Sometimes aknowldging makes things worse.

I have felt a hand on my back before twice now. I have also felt one hug. This may sound strange coming from a teenager but I also "connected" with a spirit of a young civil war soilder of a very young age. He wanted a piggy back rid! 😆

You're not crazy. And I have the same things happen to me all the time. I don't really have any helpful information for you, otherwise I wouldn't need to be on this website searching for answers. But I just wanted to let you know you're not crazy, because there are people out there like you and me. 😊

When your asleep, when your subconscious mind is awake, you don't wake up from it. Maybe since our spirit self which I believe comes out when we are asleep is aware of the ghosts are around you, maybe they are harmless and your spirit-self knows that. I don't know who the two children might be but your mom being around makes perfect sense. My grandma was with me often in the 2 weeks following her death, I was awake and could feel her moving through me, it felt like a warm breeze. I was pregnant at the time and pregnant women I believe have heightened abilities and are also particularly vulnerable. My grandma I think was protecting me from all the other spirits hanging around. My four year old could see my grandma, My four year old referred to her as "oma" which is what we all called my grandma. My four year old never met her because we live in WA and she was living in Florida. My four year old, never having done so prior, was peeling the cuticles down from her finger nails and making them bleed sometimes, my grandma would do that when she was stressed out. After about 2 weeks she stopped peeling her cuticles and hasn't done so since, she is now 17.

Sounds like a ghost has attached itself to you but I'm more concerned with how they feel to you then who they are. If you feel a loving sort of warm vibe they are perhaps a relative in your familial line... However I get that exact touch plus a buzzing sensation around my crown chakra whenever my personal spirit guide is saying hello. If you don't feel danger or anything negative just speak to it out loud and ask if its from the light. Also, ask for their name and what it is they want. If they are a spirit that hasn't crossed over yet they may simply need to hear that they aren't alive anymore and really need to go into the light where their loved ones are waiting for them. Believe it or not... Some ghosts died so suddenly they aren't aware that they are dead:)

I don't think your crazy. What I want to know is: what is the defintion for "crazy"? Well anyways, I have sometimes felt someone touching me before, but it was only after someone close would pass away. It would play with my hair and kind of brush it, it was werid, but enjoyable. If this "thing" or whatever is giving you a massage, I say let it. Hey it's free. Well good luck! hmmm...i don't think I ever had precognitions like knowing what's going to happen ahead of time, but I get the sense that something is up or a strange feeling like it's an instinct. That's strange because the touch I get are usually pretty warm too and a bit fuzzy.

Have you ever had precognitions? Is the touch warm because the touches I feel are warm.

yea I am still in the same house when I saw the kids, but it was years ago. I also kind of figured it couldn't be my mom, but it was just a thought. I don't hear any whispering voices, but maybe only once when I first moved into this house, I heard a women say my name two times. After that I don't really hear voices anymore. Nothing seriously strange happen now, but it's just the airy feel I keep getting that is agitating me a few times. If I stay still and wonder what the airy feel is, I would feel a hand like motion touching me. Also is it normal to feel strange vibes when I go to really old places? Well supposedly I go to a place and I can feel that it has an old history to it, so I start to get this an eerie feeling?

knthy... Are you in the same house that you saw the kids reflections on the television? I don't think it would be your Mom at least not to the point that you are experiencing it. Also want to ask you if there is any whispers associated with the touching...

When I was younger I used to always feel someone like, poking me or touching me while I was laying in bed. It doesn't happen as much now but it still happens sometimes. A few weeks ago I felt someone tugging on my shirt. I don't think your going crazy lol. But if you are, tell me so have a heads up! Lol

i don't have a twin, but when you stated deceased relative I instantly thought about my mom. I have thought of chances that the touch could be from my mother because she died when I was very young. The touch could be from my mom, but there's also another incident where I saw two figures on the tv reflection in my room when I was a child. I remember seeing a girl and a younger boy sitting on my bed and basically staring at me. I thought I was seeing things so I turn around to look at my bed and no one was there. Then I took a second glance on the tv and again I saw the two figures just sitting there. I'm thinking that maybe it could be the figures I saw on tv too? I'm not too sure. Also the touch doesn't feel like an acutal hand touching me like a how it would feel if another human being would touch me. The touch feels like something airy is swaying at me back and forth like how slight breeze would blow against your skin. Now I might have a definite feeling that its all in my head because when in an aware state of mind, I can feel it, but when I'm subconscious, I don't feel it at all.

Sometimes spirits not necessarily human and not necessarily bad will attach themselves to individuals and many times they stay in a family for generations. My brother and I refer to them as "little gray guys"
When you feel it touching you, stop what you are doing, take a few deep breaths and try to sense what it wants, if you don't get anything ask it. If it doesn't feel bad or evil there is no harm in trying.
A strange question, do you have a twin alive or deceased? I read statistics that said that 17-20% of all pregnancies was carrying twins but one died very early in the pregnancy...
If there is no sexual vibe to it then it wouldn't be an incubus/succubus type thing...
Depending on when it started in your life, could even be a deceased relative...
