Lots of information... But I was aiming for more info on how to rid migraines from an Empaths standpoint. On a previous post, you state that most empaths don't know how to release negative energy... And I really connected with this sentence. As everything points to this for me, I'm just not sure what's the best method on doing this. I have done everything I could read, like a shower of white light cleansing you from top to bottom. Only this helps lightly, I have been told by my guides another method to ground oneself is through root chakra (sex). As it does have a more lasting affect, its not permanent. I guess, I just have too much energy which is why I would be grateful to know HOW to block out negative energy when its coming at me in a stressful environment, like work.

Cures for headaches:

Psychics need to remain healthy so they can continue helping others. So most important of all is your health. Sometimes inner stress can eventually effect the physical body, so you need to learn what helps you to relax and do those things. For example, nature walks, bathes, yoga, dance, meditating, reading, etc. Whatever you know works best for you. If nothing works then it is time to consider you might be experiencing psychic attack. It is common for most psychics to have their health attacked by evil entities in an effort to weaken them and even as a means to possess them. The most common ailments of psychics seem to be colds, headaches, lung, and heart problems. So you should be prepared by always being in the best of health.

-Look after yourself
-Read up on ways to protect yourself from psychic attack
-Avoid using any portal tools which may open portals to negative energies/spirits (such as Ouiji Boards, and using Tarot without protection and without seeking out your Guides).
-Avoid associating with people who dabble in black magic, voodoo, vampirism, and other such interests.
-Do not read books or watch movies that are about evil, darkness, gore, horror, etc. This will attract dark entities.

It is important to be protected but occasionally the dark entities are so strong (and possibly more experienced than you) that they can still break through your protective shield. Your Guides will allow this from time to time if they feel it will educate you in some way.

To prevent and heal headaches:

-Eat cold popsicles, sherbert, or ice cream
-Apply cold compress to head
-Drink lots of water
-Avoid msg, processed foods, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol
-Try pressure point or hands on healing
-Avoid bright lights, too much direct sunlight, and excess tv and computer use.

I recommend hands on healing and wishing it away. I recently had a headache which would not go away for 12 hours no matter what I did so finally I tried pressure point and then I just rested and held my hand on the spot and TOLD it to heal. I kept wishing this over and over and imagining it gone, seeing the pain and envisioning it leave my head. Within minutes it was gone, and it has not returned.

Realize that a lot of power is within your hands, including hands on healing (this is why we place our hand on our head when we have a headache, as well as because of the cooling effect since a headache is from too much heat).

Although I do have the gift of healing I am certain that all of us have the power to heal ourselves. Try it and see. Be positive and full of confidence when you do it. Make it go away.

Not remembering a Guide's message to you in a dream or visit is quite common. It usually means your conscious self is not allowed to remember for whatever reason, only your soul is to know.

Aurora Borealis is said by the Native Indians, Eskimos, and Inuits to be the "dance of the spirits".

My Guides have explained to me that when the poles shift that the spirits in Aurora Borealis (limbo or heaven) will be set free and roam the earth (not as zombies as in the movies, but as spirits). We must guide them into the next light as the Earth goes through it's changes.

Hi its nice to find someone as loving as you to share your personal information with everyone. I am also gifted naturally, but most of my experiences have been directed towards me and not controlled. I can however, see auras, see and feel energy & been told I am a healer. I have channeled a couple of times in the middle of the night which I received answers of who I am and what my purpose is. I've also channeled through my husband sub-conscious after he got drunk one night (which he never does... But I felt I should let him that one night) I was told many times in the past he is my soulmate, and then found out we've been together for a melinea. I have had really awesome experiences I haven't really learned how to control.
Today, I decided to use your manual on how to contact your spirit guide... And I believe it worked! I was outside and when I asked her a question after I was relaxed my head started to make circles. Is this normal? It would just slowly turn and when it would pause my head would bob forward or backward. In the end I asked for a specific sign, but I didn't get one. I'm not sure why.
I do have a main issue I need help with, I notice you said look for your post on Headaches? I cannot find it, if you could post something or point in the direction where to locate that topic I would appreciate it. I am an Empath, and its becoming unbearable since I started working at an elementary school to help children with speech disorders. Today, I asked my guide why at night do I see a BRIGHT light (as the Sun) right before I fall asleep. She said it was a negative energy built up, and I needed to release it. Is this correct? I have been receiving really bad migraines since I started this job (my boss is giving me her load of responsibilities) and I am new to this field. My guide said I needed to breath more to release the energy & to contact my higher self. I have seen my higher self once (very child-like & beautiful) but again I don't know how I did it.
If there's any other advice you could give I would really love to hear it!

Thank-You for your advice. I saw my Guide in my dreams last night. It was very nice and comforting. She spoke to me of many things but unfortunately I cannot recall what she said. Only what she looked like as she spoke to me. She was trying to give me tips is what I thought upon wakening.

Hi Oracle101, I believe you to really be an oracle. Thus I seek your judgment as to what I am spiritually, I mean, whether I just am interested in spiritual and psychic affairs but too down-to-earth or too "yellow" to really meet with them, or really spiritual and perhaps even rudimentary psychic although I do not even have the gift of deep meditation, not to speak of others. The only psychic thing in me is sure intuition within my profession and partially also in other parts of life, and that if I dream I often know it is a dream and that it is often dreams with a relevance to my life that I can recognize easily.
Read my posts and answer just by commenting in this Advice thread.
Perhaps you also know whether that mark on my forehead has any significance (as I hope) or not.
I also have a question not answerable by my earlier posts. Some fourteen months ago I dreamed of meeting with a "sadhu", a Shiva monk, I saw only his face which was blue, as the God's faces are painted in India, it filled out whole vision field. The sadhu asked me for my opinion about world situation and how to change it for the better. I was happy about this question because it showed that someone, or something, can make use of my products of thought even if I am not a journalist or so - but at the same moment I wished to answer the alarm-clock waked me and I went to my daily duties. I thought about this, firstly, that I had been tested by the Lord if I am humble enough to decide for doing my duty instead of "chasing white rabbits and shoving clouds about on the sky" and that I had passed the test by just waking and working. But then I was reluctant about not having really talked to that blueface and prayed several times for him to return but he didnt. Any idea whether Mr Blueface was a real entity or just imagination, and whether he was able to know my ideas and opinions for the world without my verbal answer so that they did not get lost? I think very much about our collective future and I do not consider it as a waste of time - it comes from my love of the planet as "my space ship" for which I am responsible and of which I am fond, as any sailor, even a little sweep-boy, will feel for his ship.

If you sense you are being messaged by your toplevel Guides to travel somewhere then you might want to consider complying. If you are unable to travel there for whatever reason then your Guides will find a way to get you there (financially, via astral, dreaming, etc).

Yes astral travelling is alright with God, otherwise you would not be able to do so.

If you do not want to help spirits and if you try to block out the voices or dreams, then yes you will have a difficult time understanding them and solving them because to do so requires caring, compassion, and understanding. To rid of premonition dreams simply pray to your Guides, Angels, or God to block them for you.

Whereas to solve them ask the advice and assistance of your Guides. They can enter your dreams with you and point out keys factors within the dream. They can also send you messages after you wake which will also help solve them.

To receive help all one needs to do is to ask for it. Ask and you shall receive.

Lucid dreams are ones which we can enter as ourselves and have some control over what we say and do within the dream. It can sometime enable us to help the person (s) in the dream. This must be done very carefully. Whereas most dreams are not lucid but are either fear dreams, wanting dreams, recollection of things we have said or done recently, or predictions. Sadly, not all premonitions can we prevent, and some we do not recognize until they happen. Patience, understanding, and compassion is required.

Reading some of your comments has help't me, with the repeat of numbers, that's been happening for sometime.
With in the last 7 years I've had a unusual longing to travel to the northern hemisphere, maybe far north of Canada or Greenland although both too expensive to go that far north. Would you know why, or is this just meant for me.
Also is astral travel good as in right with god?

They say they like you but some very good people think you should just loosen up and relax for the future is growing closer and things will change for the better for god will touch the earth and life will change.

I too since I was young had the same things happen. Once I was sleeping with my grandmother and we both saw three spirits (white) and they were trying to tell us something. Not sure what until this day, but since then if I did not see them I dreamnt about them or heard them.

13 years agon I went to visit my grandmother in the hosiptal when there. I just had a feeling she new I was there and something was wrong. When I tried telling the nurses they pushed us out and said it was normal. On our way home, we got the call she was very serious, I knew the moment she died I kicked the car and yelled NO! My parents dropped us off, later we got the call to confirm she had past.:- (2 years later the spirits from the past came to visit and told me and told me someone in my family was going to die, a year later my older brother died! I always had a connection with the other world with the powers, but when that happened I was SO MAD AND HURT that I told them to go away and they did.

Out of nowhere people randomly would look at me and tell me I was special, my mothers best friend who has since passed, R.I.P. Was very senstive as well, told me not to be angry or hurt, that things just have to happen and if I learned to use my gift right that I would be very powerful, becuase I have my grandmothers same gifts plus the ones she passed to me when she passed away and is always with me. Now and then I would get dreams or feelings and they would be right on target, today most of my dreams have come true, and once again I feel as if I am being watched again and it's not a scary feeling.

But I feeling as if I am being observed, and I think they find me interesting! I don't know if anyone can understand it but it feels that way at times, and when I am sad it feels for me, when angry it calms me or tells me to let it be and things or people will get what they deserve. As far as the elments I have noticed that when I put my mind to it, I can indeed make it happen, I am always feeling as if I beleong to the universe to nature everything, I can feel it's peace it's rage it's emotion, don't know how to explain, but it feels right. And I want to know more it's why I am always looking. Any help would be appreciated!:-)

I don't know if I have any type of abilities but I get these lucid dreams. For example me holidng a little girl and a headless man coming towards me with another child and experiecing a lot of love and joy. But at this point in my life I don't have any kids or even a boyfriend to explain the dream. If you can e-mail me or just give me your thoughts about it I would love to hear it.

This was a very helpful post thank you so much for sharing it! I see ghosts (not a frequently as I used to) and am a bit of a psychic (im trying to make that stronger! Any advice?). Before I moved out of my old house, there was a ghost/spirit (I don't know the difference, if there is one) who would always sit in my room and watch me as I dried my hair or did my homework or something, and he started fallowing me to school and turning on and off lights. After a few months, I didn't really mind him and was a bit comforted by his presence.

But, I recently moved and now there's another ghost here. She never looks at me and every time is see her it's just a glimpse of her back (I see ghosts/spirits in a gray tone, but I can tell the colors of what theyre wearing and such). I have never had a spirit try to contact me, but since I moved in I keep hearing my name being called over and over abd a few night ago I heard somebody else's name (Daphne) called a few times. And last night, I was woken up by a really loud yelling of something I couldn't understand. I'm not sure if this spirit is here for good or bad, because I havnt had enough of her prensence to tell whether she is menacing or not.

Is there an easy way to maybe contact her so that I could help her? (I have a psychic friends, and I wouldn't contact a spirit on my own, though she can't see them, would having her there affect anything?)
Also, I havnt seen the ghost from my old house since I moved. If he fallowed me to other places, is there any reason why he wouldn't come here?

I too have been gifted by both my mother and father's sides. I am writing because my gift for so long has felt like a curse to me but over the last few years and learning to protect myself I have been able to understand it more. I feel that I am being led to learn how to use it at will and to help others with it. I would greatly appreciate any advice you could give me.

As a side note, I was wondering if you have ever come across or experienced what I am going through. All of my life, I have known that my soulmate was coming, not in a hopeless romantic sense but in a gathering rainclouds so it must be about to rain way. I know what he looks like, I have dreams or maybe memories of times we spent together, for awhile I wrote letters to him because he is so real to me. But it also feels like something really bad happened to him, I have an immense pain shoot through my chest and I can't breathe sometimes when I think of him or I sob grieving his loss but I don't know him. I know this may sound strange but have you ever heard of anything like that?

Clairaudience can be controlled just like any other ability. Ask the spirit for their name, tell them if they are speaking too loud, or not loud enough, and if you feel overwhelmed or are busy tell them to come back another time soon. Although try to be considerate of the fact that there is a time portal they can only access once or at certain times, so NOW might be the best time for them.

Thank you for this post and many of your comments on other posts. I'm not new to these topics, however I am new to searching for and talking to others who are gifted. I have recently felt an overwhelming compulsion to learn, learn, learn and to reach out for answers (and perhaps give as well). However, in researching sites and chat rooms, I've become a little guarded. I'm mostly finding misguided advice and profiles that read as wish lists, rather than true ascended abilities. Over the past week (after finding this site) I've been reading as much as possible and finally decided to join, mostly because of you. Thank you again for your honesty and forthwith attitude. When premonitions come to be they can vary when it comes to the time it evolves. This is not because of the psychic/medium but the time in which the person/spirit sending it can access and open the portal. In other words if they want to reach for help they must access you through your portal and it may only be open now, tomorrow, or next month.

Welcome to the Psychic Experiance. I heard stories from a friend who had similar experiances. As for advice sometimes the hardest thing to do say nothing to your family members. People are not comfortible with death and deal with it differently.

As for coming here it is wise decision. You need to do some meditation and relaxation techniques.

I just joined this site today and was hoping for some advise/help. A couple weeks ago I was in my bathroom and got a feeling of being just so overwhelmed. I started to cry-very hard... I couldn't control it. I felt sad, dizzy, depressed and scared at the same time. This lasted a few minutes. A few minutes later my boyfriend came home. I told him about my experience and told him I felt like someone was sick or dying. I started to cry as I told him the story. When I was done, my phone rang-It was my grandmother telling me that my dad was just rushed to the hospital. He has heart problems, had just had a pacemaker implanted and his blood pressure was something over/50. He turned out to be okay...But, lately, I have been doing it again. Just bursting into tears and feeling sad and overwhelmed and depressed and dizzy and so many other emotions. I keep picturing my dad dying. Well, I don't picture him dying, I feel like he is close to death. Last night my sister told me she hasnt been answering my phone calls lately because she thinks I am calling to tell her my dad is dead. I haven't told anyone except my boyfriend how I have been feeling. Oh, and also my mom told me that my dad has been getting little sleep lately. Seems you might know the archaic language that's why I thought I'd ask.

I would like to post my experiences, however the site is not allowing posts at this time. I have also noticed a trend for premonitions, in the fact that usually occur within a short time after the experiences. When I see it, the occurrence happens within a matter of months, to a year. My longest took 3 years to unfold. I am curious to why this is. Can you shed any light on this? When I view the future while awake, I can see a decade in the future with little effort. It seems as if the farther I try to peer into the future the harder it is to see. Does any one else support this fact?

As I grow older my abilities are fading. Until I was 14 I was so comfortable with remote viewing that I could do it without even really thinking about it. For instance if something was slightly out of view in the distance, I project my field of view toward the object or image so I could see it. I would use this for viewing out of view signs, license plates, people I thought I recognized in the distance to confirm their identity, and rarely to read fine print on a wall. However after I was 14 or 15 I can not do it at will as before. I have to really focus and frequently fail. My abilities seem to rotate with some overlap.

My least favorite of my abilities is empathic abilities. Peoples emotions are complex and sometimes my own personal emotions are overwhelming. Walking into crowded spaces often times gives me emotional information overload. The severity always depends on my mood.

Hope some others share some of their stories. However I am more interested in others advice on how to refine the ability or insights into understanding how it works.

I am posting in hopes that you will read my comment and choose to have open communication so that we may share stories as well as it seems you could offer some advice in areas that I am searching for clarity. I have been searching for another mature psychic with a list of abilities that generally understands how to use them. I am only 23, however my experience and my abilities are extensive. Have you ever had dreams about your past lives? I have had several dreams about a person and he is always in different times and places. When I first met this man I had a very strange feeling and he seemed so familiar. I later kept dreaming of him. Once in Middle Ages, the Napoleonic era, and also the 1920's. I feel a connection to him and just can't stop the feelings.

I have had several psychic experiences lately which I put on a story on this site. I am confused and bewildered by what is happening to me. Just wanted to see what you thought of this. Thanks.

Question:

Do you know anything about energy beams that emit from the chest? Super-hearing? Super-strength?

Also, do you know anything about a separate society that shares the same spaces we use, except we can't see them? I first noticed this when I saw cars in traffic without drivers or passengers, but which were clearly being driven.

Dear Oracle101,

I've had psychic abilities since I can remember, except that before I used to call them nightmares, monsters and ghosts harrassing me. At around 4 years of age, I used to be afraid to die, because I knew I would go somewhere I couldn't come back from! When my auntie died I was about 5 or 6 and I spent the whole day sitting next to her coffin, I wasn't afraid of her laying there dead, I was just so sad she was gone, I couldn't leave her side, her own daughter wouldn't even go near her. Later that night while I was alseep she woke me up and padded me on my shoulder said she's going to be fine where she's going, I never cried about her again, felt she was at peace.

Once when I was barely 5 years old, I spend weeks having the same dream of my uncle in chains laying down on my grandmother's bedroom floor, and everytime I would try to pass by he would grab me, in this dream he had a tail and horns! I saw him as the devil himself. Later found out my uncle had become addicted to drugs and his life was really troubled after that, he died in his 40s, when I dreamt this he was in his late teens.

I was very smart in school and very aware of life at a very young age, I always felt I had the whole world on my shoulders. In my late teens early 20s (when I still lived with my parents) I started remembering a paralell life I was having, for some reason I kept getting confused with events that were not really happening! At times I would remember renting an apartment in NYC and having this older lady friend who would visit, I had a bed that was inside the wall, and my apartment was very small and surrounded by books, I was happy and I lived in mid-town Manhattan. Ofcourse this wasn't really happening!:) but I would just say I must've dreamt it. Years later (mid 20s) I moved out on my own, rented a very small apartment surrounded by books, not in nyc but in North Bergen, NJ (very close to NYC) and I did work in NYC! And was very happy:) ! And yes I befriended an older lady...

At 20 years old this psychic (hot guy) gave me my first reading & told me I was a vessel!? Ended up dating him, & later found out he only wanted to use me. I was stupidly naive! I had no idea I could do all these things he had me do. He would have me report to him things I saw out of the people he would teach meditation to. Ofcourse I would see all kinds of things almost orb out of these people very graphically. When I was with him I would feel drained and not happy and when I tried leaving him he would send scary things to me, I was unable to sleep. Once I would not pick up his call, disconnected the phone and went to bed. I woke up scared as I saw myself levitate and my whole head was being turned to the phone! Just heard the words call call call. Needless to say I was freaking out! I screamed and fell back on the bed.

I'm now 34 years old and am finally accepting these 'abilities' I get prophetic dreams, I can easily read the tarot cards and tell someone's life and future with great results. I have always been very sensitive to others (empathetic), so much so that my mother used to keep me away from people with too many "problems" as she said I would absorb their feelings and get depressed or even sick at times.

These are only a few of the things that have happened to me throughout my life, and I now find myself needing help to block others from seing me for who I am. I've had people come up to me and say, are you psychic? I don't wear anything that would give me away or even mention these things to just everyone, so I don't understand why I'm so open. I feel I am too easily discovered!:) I am not ashamed of who/what I am, but I do want to be able to go anywhere without being asked these questions and definitely not be used, I know I've had one or two 'friends' who only get close to me because they can sense what I can do. Because of this I only trust one friend and its because she's a complete NON-believer, she's the most practical person I know! We've been friends forever...

Is there a sort of psychic mask one can wear?

"Feeling" different and not knowing what is happening to me has caused me significant anxiety. I did not want to find something wrong with me, on the contrary, I am very relieved to find others like me. I feel so much better knowing what I am going through.
The reason I have gone through so many medical testing is because of the physical effects I have endured. I would much rather know I do not have something that is causing seizures or heart palpatations, etc. I have been physically harmed when I pass out- split lip, bruised face, bruised ribs, nose bleeds, concussions etc. Yikes!

I was even asked by the medical professionals if I was in an abusive relationship.
I wonder... Could something be causing me to be injured? Is that possible?

I am practicing my meditation and breathing. I noticed that recentley I can "feel" the air come in and leave my body. This is a type of concentration/meditaion I have never been able to do but I feel I am slowly gaining control over that part of me.

Oracle101 I have been having some issues as well. I recently went to stay at a hotel and began to feel a lot of pain once I laid in the bed. I assume I was absorbing all of the negativity from everyone who used the bed and it caused my back to hurt really bad. Once before I had absorbed so much negativity that I wasn't able to walk that much and had to use a cane until I figured out what was going on with me. I try to shield and protect myself but I notice that whenever I'm around negative people or crowds there's always a chance I will begin to have that pain again. I have tried many different shielding techniques but still find myself being in the presence of lower entities as well. Do you have any suggestions. In my dream I use to use a silver blue sword. Now I use MY sword in my dreams. Entities can appear as static, shadows, lights, blobs, etc if they are weak and unable to take more physical form. The more energy you give them (and believe in them) the more energy they gain and can form better. (They take the energy you give them). They also are taking the warmth from you so you yourself might begin to feel colder. They are not your Guides or Angels.

You can control if you want them to remain so you can communicate with them and help them, or if you tell them to leave (which they will if you no longer welcome them). If they do not leave on command then an exorcism is required.

Rather than risk being taken advantage of by Mediums and Psychics who charge a fee and might not be legit, first seek out Paranormal and Psychic Research Societies (most can be found at Universities). They usually will investigate for free for research purposes, and they are used to dealing with spirits which use electricity, such as the ones you are dealing with.

if you would please read my stories I need help from a phycic but my parents don't believe in that kind of stuff and my abilities and things that have been happening are bothering me. I may be able to see a phycic who is my dad's friend only my dad and brother believe in paranormal and phycic stuff. But my dad lives in a different state so I may not see the phycic until next time my dad comes to vizit. 😐

I was just reading Mari's post and I am sure one of my night time visitors is a male and really really likes me although I can't hear anything I can feel a warm weight on parts of my body when it is around, I can feel someone touching me too. I don't feel scared of this presence but I just feel uneasy as I don't know what I'm dealing with and I don't know whether cultivating a connection with this presence is healthy for me, I often feel drained of energy after.

I have started seeing things that look like they are the shapes of people. They are clear and look like electrical energy that is put off a tv screen for example. I have put my hand otu a few times and touched them and I feel warm air, it feels like the warmth that a tv screen gives off, like static. They follow me around a lot and when I try to sleep at night I can feel them sitting on my bed with me or lying down next to me. When they come in contact with me I can feel overheated and they often shake the bed which is annoying and I can't sleep but I mostly don't have an ominous feeling when they are around, its more like they are trying to get my attention. Some are clearer than others and seem to ahve swirling shapes in them? I really don't know if they are spirits or something else. I was a complete sceptic before this started happening to me so I don't know a lot about it but I did start wondering if I was going nuts and feel to scared to try and make contact with them as I don't really know what I'm dealing with. I was going to go and see a medium on the weekend to see if they could tell me anything. Do you think this is a good idea? I have found that my moods have fluctuated a lot since I started seeing these and I'm at a point where I feel like I don't have any control and just want all of it to go away. It is always best to wait until your Guides contact you since they know when you are ready for the first initial contact. Contacting them first can increase the chances of attracting the attention of other spirits and entities. Now that spirits are aware of your abilities you need to learn about protecting yourself with protective shields, and about receiving protection from your Guardian Angels. Simply pray and ask for this and they will comply. Listen carefully for any message or answer from your Angels. Read my other posts on this subject. If a spirit touches you, contacts you, disturbs your sleep, seems to like you alot, but implies they are your Guide then usually they have not been assigned to you but is a spirit who has died, found you, and decided to "help" you since they like you. It is okay to keep such an inexperienced Guide only if they have good intentions, never do wrong, and only as a "companion" Guide. When in doubt it is best to pray and ask to be sent your top-level Guides and to be protected by Angels.

Ever since I had tried to contact them it seems like I have become more open and aware! I am sure something has been following me- ever since it came, I have begun to feel depressed- but when I go some where- like school for example, I feel happy and fine. I think this depression may be due to what ever was following me! (Empathy?) On the night of the 3rd I had a sickening dream about death! Then last night I felt a terrible presence in my room and I ran down stairs and slept on the couch! The thing that had been following me had seemed gentle. Evil presences have happened to me before, it's like things follow me. I used to sleep in a different room, and one night I had felt an evil presence, I ran downstairs and slept on the couch too. It seems like when I try to talk to my parents they don't believe me, but even my brothers are spooked. They don't have any abilitys that I know of, but they seem to be able to feel the bad state of our house. We don't know how old the house is. I dream of the future some times... I have never been contacted through a dream- but I knew the dream I had the night before the evil presence was no ordinary dream. It was so much longer then the dreams I usually have. I saw a person die- and part of their life. I slept for 10 hours straight and was still terribly tired. I feel like there is something I should do, but I have no idea what. After all, it is all pretty new to me. I feel like I'm too young to be of any help- but I must be, or else I wouldn't of had that dream. It seems like they only make themselves obvious during the night while I am trying to sleep. They make noises and move things. What do I do?

Oracle101, could you please give me a good advice about my situation?
I am an empath and I can feel emotional state of people, but not only those who are physically near me, but also through photos, music (hearing singers voice makes me feel how he felt singing a song) and also electronic text on the Internet.

Me and my family live in the same flat for about 17 years now and ever since I was little I remember feeling some entity's presence from time to time. I just did not want to admit to myself what it was. Recently the ghost started to touch me lightly at night. |One night I woke up and felt his touch and he started to talk to me. A man's voice in my head said hello very clearly. It felt like a young man around 30 years old. That scared me so much I had to go to sleep near my mum. It does not try to touch if I'm not alone so it was the only escape. Recently I started to feel his presence not only at night but starting from about 8 pm. It would stand at my right side from where I sit or stand in the doorway in the bathroom when I wash my face or (that happened just couple of times but seriously freaked me out) be in the bathroom when I shower. The fact that I know he is a guy and that he can follow me everywhere around the flat no matter what I do doesn t make things any easier.
Feeling the touch seemed scary and asked archangel michael to protect me. But 2 days ago it started to touch again.

This is what happened last night. I was writing a report for the university and around 7 pm I felt that he is standing at my right side. He started to touch me on my arm or shoulder too. As much as I was freaked out by this I decided to talk to him. I told him I was scared of his touch and asked him to change it to a blow of air (touching me with the air). He did and I started to feel him as cold air near my right hand. Than I asked him not to follow me to the bathroom and not to stand in the doorway there, but allowed him to put his thoughts into my head. I asked him to tell me his name and he offered me 2 to choose from. After some time he mentally led me to listen to Nora Jones song "Man of the Hour" on youtube and said that this is what he is. In short the song was about a loyal friend who would never betray and is always meaning well. After I listened to it felt at ease with his presence and was able to concentrate on writing my report. Some time later he told me he is here to soothe me (probably because of my final university year and stress associated with it) and than I felt a pat on my head. That seemed nice, I thanked him and asked for how long he has been around my flat. Asking I focused to hear his voice instead of him putting thoughts in my head. I heard him whispering in my ear but couldn t make out words. Than a thought came saying "later on" which meant we will talk later on when I ll be in bed ready to sleep.

Everything seemed nice so I opened up to listen to him before I would fall asleep. He told me his name again. And than the strange part started to happen. Trying to listen to him I started to hear a lot of whispers in both of my ears (like that pshhhhh sound when you are trying to find a radio station on the radio). It scared me and I said I will talk to him tomorrow because I m tired. I was falling asleep but the sound in my ears became louder and I heard him saying my name and that he loves me. That empathically felt very sincere but desperate and I thanked him and again said I would talk to him tomorrow. Than another voice angrily screamed " oh yeah she will talk" (sarcastically) and it felt like an old dirty street beggar. Than there was a bit of a voice of a little girl in the background and than my ghost started to whisper soothingly " I will always be with you, I ll never leave you". By this time I was in panic and started to do shielding like you described in your profile. That didn t help to stop voices talking and whispering in my head and I started to ask higher powers to help and wished not to hear entities, their voices or touches. After about 5 minutes of me shielding and asking for protection from above it all subsided.

What do you think I should do about this ghost since he said he loves me? I don t really understand in which way he meant it. I mean, how can a ghost fall in love with a living person? Sounds quite wrong to me. Do you know if ghosts are able to feel the same emotions a living people? I somehow thought that when you are without body your perception of the world would be different. What do you think about the whole situation?

I do realize that what I wrote is quite long so I thank you for taking time reading it! I would appreciate your help very much and thank you beforehand for upcoming comments!

If you are not ready, do not force it. Let it happen naturally. Your Guides will decide when you are ready and it seems they do not feel you are. So why push it. Enjoy life and when it is time you will know.

I never thought of it that way. I am busy with those things, but when I am at home I'm not very busy and I try to contact them. I guess the time isn't right quite yet... Very rarely will I feel something touch my arm or back when I am sleeping. When I felt it a few weeks ago it did make me aware of it, but I just fell asleep quickly after that. Why would my guide or a spirit need my help? I lost sight of seeing ghosts and spirits a while ago, so what's the use? I am trying again but it's not easy... Do you know a way of helping me contacting my guide? If I can't "see" them then at least hear of them.

Seeing your Guides should be done natural rather than by force. It is possible the throbbing head was from trying too hard, or simply because it was new for you.

Ask your Guide to speak to you. Ask it to speak loud and to repeat the message until you hear it. (That method proved to be very handy for me.)

Search for my post on how to cure headaches. They are common in Psychics. An Empath will also get headaches if they do not learn how to block or rid of negative energies.

Search for my posts on how to solve dreams. Research is very important. For example, on January 29 I had a dream about Willie Nelson. He drove me to his rural home and then played his guitar for me. Tonight I researched him and found news that on January 29 he got a pain in his hand and had to cancel his concert that night because he could not play. If I had not researched him tonight I would have assumed the worst. I am relieved to know it was only about his concert.

Guides will not disturb you when you are sleeping, other than to save or protect you. Something touching your arm is trying to wake you to get your attention. It could be either your Guide, or a Spirit who wants your help. They often reach out for help when we are at rest and not preoccupied.

Psychic abilities can decrease during teen years, and this includes being able to see your Guides, Angels, spirits, and ghosts. They know you are too preoccupied with school, homework, family, dating, and other life challenges. They are being considerate this way. When they know you have more time they will return again and your abilities will increase also. They will know when you are ready.

Hi,
I saw a post you gave on how to contact your spirit guides for the first time. I tried this. I first saw a blue wave-ish figure going back and forth, it kept getting bigger, then it stayed in one place. But it got bigger and smaller. My feet began to tingle, my eyelids started to shake, and I heard nothing. After a while of watching the blue, I opened my eyes. The tingling/shaking stoped, but the right side of my head began to throb so badly!
I don't know what I might have done wrong. Any help would be appreciated.
So far I am sure I am a precognizant dreamer, but I don't know how to control these dreams/how to deal with them. I might be an empath but I am still testing.

Hi, I read your post and wow I don't think I met someone with that much psychic ability. What is bothering me is that when I was younger I think I met my spirit guide, she looked my age. I'm 16 now, but I feel like I'm not hearing much from her anymore... And when I am half asleep and half awake I can feel something touch my arm sometimes when I am kind of dreaming. Is it a state before REM?

Demons only have power if you allow it. Confidence gives us great power over demons, evil entities, and psychic attack from those who feel threatened and intimidated by us. So it is important for us to practise self-confidence. The more you help others, the more evil might attack you (but not always), so be prepared for this. The weaken you become, the more they will gloat and try to win by beating you while you are down, so to speak.

Yes sometimes a demon will follow generations of a family in an effort to attack the entire family or whom it resents, for whatever reason. Especially if one family member causes a conflict for the entire family (ie: commits crimes, has hurt or offended someone, abuses family members, practises black magic, etc.)

Confidence is a powerful key in enlightenment and advancement. Having too much confidence makes people accuse us of having EGO, but on the other hand if we have self doubt, lack of faith or trust, need constant reassurance, or hold back for other reasons then we are instead accused of being INSECURE. Therefore balance is required, and this is something that we must achieve because with the right amount of confidence we can let down our barriers, open our minds, and with trust we can transform with greatness of new or increased abilities and heightened awareness. Overall confidence allows us to develop more fully which gives us a much better life and also enables us to help others better.

So do things which you know gives you confidence, and walk away from anything or anyone who tries to lower your confidence.

You can give power to bad energy and entities, or you can gain power for yourself. The more you believe this, the more it is so.

For example, it is like believing in ghosts. A few people who never believed have seen them, but more often only those who believe in them can see them. This is why children can see ghosts, Angels, Guides, etc, more than adults. They were never told NOT to believe.

Another example is Holy Water used in exorcisms. It works because the priest believes it has power and the entity senses this faith.

So practise self confidence and learn to build protection for yourself. Have faith, trust, and belief in your Guides and Angels, as well as in your own abilities.

Hi Oracle101. I am new today but I came on here to search for some understanding and answers to a few things and you seem to be the person to speak to. I hope from all your experience your help guide me.
From a very young age our family have had experiences with allsorts of weird things. I come from Lisburn in N.Ireland and grew up with a great knowledge of religion and devastation in the 80's. My mother has never forced christainity on me far from it seeing her drink herself senseless would only make me question it more. I have always felt a very deep rooted-ness if thas even a word lol to my inner self but never felt able to trust it. You see my mother tried committing sucide 4 times some of which my 2 brothers and I found her, she was divorced and lonely I have come to realise how much that made me feel unable to trust myself. She went on to marry a fella who beat her up and constantly mentally abuse us, move us over to England and punish us for our existance. I love my mum to pieces she always loved me and I have become the person I am today for everything I have been through... I know God has a plan and I have spoke and helped so many people by just going through what they have I feel it has been worth it. Thank the Lord she has left him.
This all leads to the reason I am talking to you... I need to know if there is a genetic demon that runs through family generations?
At the age of 15 I started to get visits from a demon... At the start it would scratch at my bedroom door and I would hear children running along the corridor then it came into my room. It was a black mass with energy in the middle like a pulsing black mass. It would sit on my legs and I would not make it move. I would annoint the blood of Jesus Christ and repeat the scripture of psalm 23:4 though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death I will fear no evils... It constantly tried to posess me. I have never feared it because I believe God will protect me but it has scared me as I have children now. The thing is it turned itself into a man... One I know I feel when it revealed itself was from my family due to the very long monkey arms we all seem to have in our family lol
It all ended about 6mths later when I remember going into a trance I shouted "Why are you here?" and that is all I remember until I came round and I don't know what happened...i'm worried my soul has been tarnished.
A woman dressed in Victorian clothing also came to me at the time and I have always thought she was evil... No matter how much I tried one time all I could see in front of my face, but in my head was her face and it scared me but lately I sense she is around and I now think she is my guide because I feel her energy and its good.
The thing is 3 years later I was speaking to my two older brothers and we got round to talking about this and without talking to each other they where able to describe these two people because they had experiences too! Down to a "t".
My grandfather on my dads side has had same experiences much worse he has even spoke about speaking to lucifer himself! My dads side of the family have not been the most angelic and my mum belives they may have dealt with the occult years and years ago and it has latched itself onto our family.
I have done a lot of life changing lately I am 26 now and feel I am changing it the person I was always ment to be but it has reared its ugly head... I am constantly having dreams/trances at night and it comes to me... Leaving me unable to move crying in the name of jesus and attacking me... There are people standing over my bed and looking down but I feel strong. Everytime I had had my 3 children it has come also and now I am wanting to get it out for good if it is following my family I do not want my kids to have to challenge it though I know they will have the tools and jesus christ to tackle it. Oracle101, you are wise indeed! I thoroughly agree with everything you have said. Maybe you missed it, but I would appreciate it if you contacted me (see my profile); I am doing quite a lot of work in this sphere of late. Maybe ask your Guides.

To develop and increase your psychic abilities you need to use it. This shows your Guides that you are now ready and willing to use it. They will then begin sending you messages to communicate with you and help you (read my other posts on how to confirm visits and messages are from your Guides, not from spirits).

If you try to use your abilities only for your own selfish purposes, rather than to use it to help others, then it rarely will increase and your Guides will not usually contact you, as you are clearly not ready enough. This is often the reason why there are so many psychics (many who are young) who become frustrated when they cannot control and develop their "powers".

Your Guides are not fools. Never underestimate their intelligence.

To develop your psychic abilities always contact your Guides first since it is their job to do this. Also they understand WHEN this should be done.

The entities/spirits ceased bothering you either because of your increased age and wisdom, or because you decided not to help them and wanted them to leave, or because you led them to that other Medium who they realized could help them better. All in all it seems to have worked out best for everyone involved.

I admire your goal to teach people to be less selfish and to respect the Earth. Teach with kindness rather than anger, and they will listen more.

Timing is very important. Our Guides know not to come forward or help us develop our abilities until they know we are ready spiritually. It is not for us to decide. The bigger picture is at stake. Everything in the Universe must flow together smoothly in unity.

Therefore we must all be patient, listen, and learn.

The human's enemy is selfishness and ego.

I just read the stories and it doesn't feel like she's helping me to develop my abilities. It feels like I'm just waiting for stuff to develop, maybe that's her message?

Umm, I contacted one through meditation. I believe that the people I was in other lives are my guides and are here to help me and guide me using past experiences. I barely remember past lives or I am reminded by my main guide, Mary. I do believe that Mary was me in 1864, she was born in 1851. She is responsible for some strange visions I've had of my future husband, future house, and even future children. I get the sense that she is eager to let me know about the future but is holding back. We look alike. That's really it, I feel safe or calm around her. I just wish I could communicate with her more clearly.

My name is Luis Vega and I'm now 23, I was born on November the 10th 1986 so I'm pretty much a true scorpion. All my life I knew I was different than people, ever since I can remember I perceived life in a different manner, I have a great ability to look the world outside the box. Anyways, this is my spiritual experience;

Ever since I can remember I always had fascination for the "supernatural", when I was a child I remember experiencing my first encounters with spirits (at the time I had no idea) but it happens that most of the times I tried to sleep I entered into some trance where sometimes I heard noises in my head, lots of chills over my body and just feeling other presences close to me. This used to happen once in a while but as I was growing up it began to happened more frequently and I started to see shadows and even 2 people (one kid, one around my age at the time 17) staring at me while I was "sleeping". As life changed for me, years later when I moved to Canada things turned bad and I entered in a depression for many factors but one of them was the fact that for a whole year almost everyday while trying to sleep I entered before in a trance where loud and annoying noises where in my head, with chills, nightmares, premonitions and being touched (not sexually) by entities that annoy you and move your sheets and stuff. But it got worse, I started to being afraid of sleeping (until it happens to you, you don't know what it feels to be in this position) after at one point I started to feel something weird, while this trance happens I started to get off my body see my self sleeping and fly to another worlds (later I discovered this is called astral travel) and while I started to do this every time I go to bed, something else very powerful was trying to vacuum my soul out of my body (I though of aliens trying to abduct me at that point) from my feet, I avoided this too happen by trying to get up immediately (yes, you are sleeping but conscious of what's happening) which was hard (because you have sleep paralysis and takes few seconds for your body to react) but not impossible to do. However one day, I said let me see what happens, and that day I went to hell and immediately woke up feeling my eyes on fire (so far one of the most terrifying experiences I have ever had), after that episode, I never wanted to sleep again because I was really afraid and I remember thinking of killing my self (trust me, it breaks you when you know the moment you go to sleep something might posses you and kill you). I also forgot to mention I started seen premonitions of my death in an airplane crash. I decided to tell my mother, and she contacted a medium (not telling me, but after few months later) to see what was really going on with me. She basically helped saved my life, Months later when I flew to Venezuela to see her, she said "you are so especial you will change the world for good" another person would had dyed in your position. It happens that all my life I have been well protected by good entities, but due my "specialness" and my past lifes there were very bad entities (demons) trying to prevent me from accomplishing my mission in this life.

To this day, thanks to that lady, many of this attacks have ceased, but I still protect my room and sleep with my lights on (darkness brings bad entities).

I'm an entrepreneur so I will change this world for good and I will make sure to help erase all the ignorance among this race which is leading us to our self destruction (humans think selfish, and put their selves first, and the others after)
