Hi.
I am a Spiritual Healer and have many experiences with spirit.

Spiritual things are going on around you all the time, but in most state of your daily activities you are in a lower state of frequency. When you lie down to go to sleep and relax the brain goes into a slower rate and the frequency lifts higher, that state between awake and asleep. Here you access differenct dimensions.

I choose not to view spirit as good or bad. So called "Bad Spirit" is usually lost, scared, feeling unworthy, unhappy. You get the picture. When they passed, they should have passed to a higher frequency, but were either scared to go, felt unworthy etc, so they hold themselves in a lower frequency (our life), thus creating their own hell.

If you felt uneasy, you were either picking up on your own fear, or resonating with spirit and picking up on theirs. Fear is a negative frequency, and it attracts more negative, so the thing to do is tell yourself to be calm, ask for spiritual guidance (all humans have guidance in a spiritual nature) and you shall be given. Ask for help to keep calm. Ask for help to be safe. Ask for help to have any spirit that is lost or unhappy, firstly to have love and then to be lifted to the happy higher frequency where it is meant to be. If you keep calm all will be taken care of. Your guides will protect you and you will feel calm, you will feel love as a warm feeling, a tingly sensation, a white light could fill you with a knowing unsurpassed.

Each person, connects with energy in a different way. Some people feel, some people hear, some people see, some people smell spirit. Just don't be afraid, allow your guides and angels to look after you and release fear.

Weird story, but I do believe you! Good that you know such a psychic person you can ask for advice, not everyone is so lucky.
But I have a question about that feelings of presences in your room. I have those feelings almost every night, but I always thought I imagined that. Could it be that there really is something, that it's not just my mind playing tricks on me?

Well, your boss is right. If it looked kind of like a white orb moving around, it's probably an angel. I'm not sure who it could be, but, it's not dangerous. You can go ahead and call the spirit.

Hi, I am really interested in ghosts or the new life after death. I do get feelings of someone being around, there is an experience of me kind of knowing there was something in my house and the same thing was told by this man. I also live in Canada.
