I've basically been trying to mediatate and think his name or talk to him. I haven't thought of doing a seance. I'm not sure if I would really want to. When you want Caden to come, what do you do?

And you're lucky that you can pick up Caden that easily. It's harder for me to do. I guess that's just not my field.

I can't find Cal, either. Well, of course, I've never tried contacting him before, so... Maybe I'm not doing it right. Anyway, I just realized that even if he was around, I wouldn't have much of a way to know other than a feeling or if he tries to play a trick. What happens when Caden's around?

Cal's only been around for a few months at least. He doesn't visit on a regular basis, though.

No, Cal hasn't tried to touch me yet. He mostly just hovers around pulling his little ghostly tricks. He's a joker.

And Caden is a really cool name. So, now we have Caden and Cal. Weird.

He never told me his name and he's never spoken to me. If I were to take a random guess, though, I'd say that it's Cal. I don't know why, but he just seems like a Cal to me. Do you know your spirit's name?

Oh, so your spirit teases you, too. "Cal" pulled something sort of like the cell phone trick. He hid my brother's homework in the glove compartment of the car. He's hidden a few other things, too, I just can't remember them. So, whenever something goes missing, I blame him.:D

I just read "Teenage Ghosts..." It's a little sad, but really cute, still. I find it really funny that you said he acts like Edward from Twilight. He sounds like a really sweet spirit.

And I don't exactly know how to contact "Cal". Can you tell me how?

Your spirit sounds really nice. I hope that everything is resolved and he comes more often.

I've only seen my spirit twice in my dreams. It was weird; I knew that something had been following me around and I was able to mentally pick up bits and pieces of information (gender and age) and then this guy comes into my dreams and just sticks out. I still have his image clearly stuck in my head. Heck, it was so clear afterward, that I was able to draw him really well and let's just say I'm not the best artist out there, so that was weird.

One way he'd tease me was to mess with some of my electrical appliences; have random music play on my computer without words or end, my Ipod alarm became randomly unplugged, or when my air purifier just stoped working even when my Dad checked it out and said he couldn't find anything wrong with it.

In relation to that, in my dreams, he would stand next to these two people I knew. One was my friend, one wasn't. In the first dream, he was playing tag with my friend. Guess what? She just told me a few days ago that her computer started playing really random music continuously without words (like mine had) and some of her electrical things started acting up. Sound familliar?

Jeez, now if only I could call THIS kid back and tell him to stop messing with my friend. She doesn't know as much about the paranormal world, so this has her completely freaked out.

Has your spirit guy ever teased you?

Yikes, that is scary. I'm not exactly sure how you'd handle that. But first, have you tried telling him to go away? I heard from others that that's the first thing you should do. Maybe even just try talking to it. Yeah, I know that's a terrifying thought, but it's the only thing I can think of currently.

And you have a teen ghost following you around, too? Mine's a teenager as well. (Between 14 and 16, spikey blond hair, no identfied eye color, but they look greyish to me with some blue and green. He has a freckle on his jaw). For how long has he been following you?

I've only had contact with a spirit a few times, but I think it was just a poltergeist. He appeared in my dreams twice and just LOVED to annoy me during the day. So, with that said, I can tell you that I don't have much advice. I do have a question, though. What does the ghost behind you look like?

Well you are handling things better then I would have back in the day. Lol.
I don't hear spirits as if they are in the room with me. When I communicate with spirits it is more of a telepathic type of way. Or I will see images within my minds eye or get feelings about things too.
Have you started to meditate yet?
Meditating can help you gain better control over your abilities as long as that is something you are focussing on. Meditation also will greatly increase any abilities you have and open up others you haven't experienced yet.

There is a book you and every psychic medium in the world should read. It's called The Practicle Guide to Psychic Self Defense.
You can also do searches online for meditations to do that will help protect and empower yourself while living with your abilities.
When people are sensitive like we are, we are almost like a beacon of light for parts of the spirit world and they are drawn to be around us. You have full control over how much influence and presence they have in your life and as you have already noticed, when you tell them to leave or back off- they will.
That is really the best way to handle it when you have unwelcome company.
Do not fear them, as fear feeds into the energy they soak up and only gives them the upper hand. Keep firm and let them know when it's time to leave or be quiet.
