Seeing Shadows Figures

My name is Ashley I have a tendency to see shadows/outlines of people on occasion. I usually tend to see these spirits out of the corner of my eye. The outlines are very transparent, and I don't see distinct features of said being. I just feel as if I am loosing my mind. I see these figures not only at night, but in the day as well. It is really starting to concern me. I am open to the paranormal/supernatural but I am seriously trying to validate if what I am seeing is real.

I also have started to notice that I get Déjà vu from time to time usually of me doing normal activities. One instance I had had Déjà vu this past Wednesday of my mom and I walking through the mall. Sometimes the dreams I have are so vivid and clear is sort of scary. I personally never had this problem when I was younger.

I have taken a Zener Card test before and I was pretty accurate when guessing the correct image. It's as if I close my eyes and I see the image in my mind. I have started to second guess myself to see if the image is correct. I am a little freaked out by how accurate I can be. Is there anyone else who experiences the same things?

I know that a sixth sense runs in my family on my father's and mother's side. I just really want to know if anyone else has had experiences similar to mine. I don't really express the things I see to friends because I don't want to be considered crazy. I am open to the supernatural but at the same time I am not too sure if my eyes are playing tricks on me or not.

Has anyone else had similar experiences? If so how did overcome second guessing yourself?

i have almost the exact same experience, I see shadows that talk to me, a huge amount of deja vu I guess the only difference is that I am not scared of those shadows and voices, I feel calm and relaxed and it makes me want to talk to them more, don't get me wrong I still know the difference of what's real and what is not and I want to know why or how is that possible

I would like to suggest that you start learning to use a pendulum. I've started to communicate with my higher self using one I made out of a five inch chain and a small egg shaped fishing weight. A piece of thread and a ring or maybe an earring will also work. Start off by asking only yes or no questions It is a good place to began to develop psychic powers. Since your higher self is basically just another piece of you, there is nothing to fear. Try a search on this subject on the internet. Love and Light, bye for now.

Thank you so much for your feed back I really appreciate it. Is there anyway I can actually make this gift stronger or communicate with the spirits? Ouija boards are out of the question I do not like messing with those things.

Hi I also see a lot of this. It can be scary. I also don't want to tell friends and my family wouldn't consider it. I also get deja vu and often if I ask myself questions without realizing the answers pop up shortly afterwards. Its creepy...

I deal with this too! Before I seen full-bodied spirits, all I could see was shadows, however, I could tell if they were negative or not. Although its scary, you will eventually adjust. Good luck and God bless!

Well I am glad I am not the only one having these similar experiences. It really just creeps me out a little when I see these figures or hear voices. I have started seeing white orbs of light floating about my room. I am somewhat terrified of those I can't determine if they're good spirits or not.

I had similar things happen to me as well. I usually see dark shadow figures and a very few light or white shadows. I also just recently experienced something that was odd. I was in my living room sitting on the couch and I thought I heard my sister yell something from upstairs. My mom who was in the kitchen said she heard nothing and when I went up to ask my sister she said she didn't say anything. I was so sure that it was her that I heard.

I don't recall having many deja vu experiences but I have noticed how my dreams would be almost lifelike and how they would feel real.
