Piercing Blue Eyes

I have felt the pulse wave like thing, but it started at my head & pulsed down to my feet, then started at my head again, Wow, what a beautiful feeling, unlike anything I have ever felt before, very powerful pulse.
I am just so surprised to see that someone else has had a similar feeling.
I lost the women I was in love with in a car accident on 18th July 2004.
How it started was I had just got home from work, around 5.30pm it was a beautiful summers day, I turned my computer on & my stereo, so I was listening to my music, also I had my back door open & I could hear neighbours & there kids playing. All of a sudden there was no noise, none what so ever, which is very strange to hear complete silence, then it felt like a wave of a calm feeling came into the room, which relaxed me, then I had the gut feeling Hayley was in the room with me, I felt a hand on the back of my head, stroking my hair & then the pulsing began, it was beautiful, it felt as if she was comforting me. I never tried talking or anything, I was gob smacked & was enjoying the feeling of Hayley being there, it was as if she was letting me know that she is ok, a friend of mine came round to see me & as he came through the door it stopped, the calm feeling left the room & the music & sound of the neighbours & there kids came back. My friend asked me what the hell was going on, I was speechless.

I'm not sure I have all the answers for you but to me, you definitely are seeing these entities through Third Eye. The fact that you first pick them up through your peripheral vision, and then, through a right kind of adjustment, can see them --to me means you are seeing in that way. For me, it is as if I see third eye things "on top of" our own environment. Often, when I see orbs, and I am seeing in this "on top of" way--the orbs are reverse color, so they appear dark and the environment lighter. But often with my eyes closed, the orbs are lighter energy. Sometimes, though, I see them in normal vision with color.

As to how you move on to communicate and help these beings--are you totally sure these are trapped spirits/earth-bound spirits? This clear figure with the piercing blue eyes almost seems like it could be a guide/helper for you, especially given the waves of energy through you.

I haven't had direct discussions with spirits but those who work with earth-bound talk about a period of energy adjustment. This may be what the waves of energy were.

My only "communication" with spirits are through feelings that are directly transmitted to me. One night while going to sleep and trying to project, I "went" visually to a particular spot and when I did I got this wave of sadness and the words "I miss my wife and son." This wasn't the story of the guide I expected to contact, and I've never figured who this spirit was. But, in this example, the "communication" just came in deep feelings and a few words that just appeared in my head.

SO-in answer to your question as to how to contact them, I'm not sure anyone but you can answer that. You will just have to hold the intention to communicate and help and you will find your way. You have already found your way to these phenomena--just trust that if you want it, it will happen. It is learning and each of us are so, so different. You will probably teach yourself more efficiently than any of us can.

It sounds like your heart is in the right place. Just do a wee bit of protection to make sure the spirits who sincerely want your help are contacting you (surround yourself with the white light, make a shield or energy egg of protection, say a prayer--whatever you have worked out.)
