Seeing And Hearing Things

I feel like i'm going crazy. At night I hear someone talking in my ear like I would wake up sometime during the night I can hear a man's voice say something in my ear and it's very loud like he's mad and that scares me and I see people, like this one night I woke up around 3 and I saw a guy sitting on my night table and he was talking to me, I hear a lot of weird noises and see shadows in my room. Sometimes when I walk into my room it feels different like it's stuffy. I moved to Orlando from Miami and weird things happened there too, but since I'm in a new house it just makes me feel crazy because it's happening again, sometimes I feel like someone is there with me. I have insomnia and panic attacks, the panic attacks occur when I get scared plus add stress of school onto that. I tried telling someone but they all say it's just in my head so I have no one to turn to and I'm the only one who experiences all these things and this one time my homework disappeared and I looked everywhere for it I cleaned everything I triple checked everything and I still haven't found it and I probably never will. Also the temperature in my room is always changing like one second it's really cold then all of a sudden it gets so hot that I start to sweat and then it gets cold again. Sometimes when I sleep i'm dreaming but also aware of my environment and that's when I start to hear someone or people talking in my ear as I'm dreaming. Is this something more? Or should I start looking for professional help?
