I'm Robin and I am a sixteen years old girl. I have always been interested in the supernatural and things that can't be explained by science.
Since a couple of years ago I tried to train my psychical ability's but I don't know how. I do think I have them, and I also think I have somebody or something watching over me.
I will tell you a couple of things that could be a psychic ability:
- I can do Reiki (at least I think I can, because it seriously helps me and others)
- every time I touch my cat's nose it's feet start to shake, but only when I touch them, it doesn't work when my family tries it.
- I try channeling my energy to others. And last summer somebody next to our tent (we were on a camping) got a heart attack. Everybody was panicking but I was really calm and asked spirits to channel my energy to him to help him, because he needed it more than me. The only thing that went trough my head was: it is just not his time yet. When he came back he had 5 heart attacks. He said there was a angel on his shoulder and even said he saw his mother (she's dead). They also said he was really close to dying back there.
- I am especially good with animals and feeling their feelings. Animals almost always like me.
Pleas give me some tips to train my ability's, and please give some tips for others. Like for seeing ghost's and moving things with you're mind (also tried that but nothing so far). Because its really tiresome to want to improve you're ability's, without knowing how.

You best point of entry for learning: is
1) Understanding the subject one wishes to practice.
If you have family whom share the same ability,
Look at some paths they followed.
2) Connecting by meditation/prayer-all calm mind/emotions. A calm mind allows the Higher Self to take the front seat and drive so to speak
Instead of the chattering mind.
3) Discipline by implimenting ideas/positive affirmations over and over, so as to train the mind to line up to Pos Vibrations.
4) Live a life you will have no regrets with.
A clean conscious is important to combat fear. ❤
