I Feel The Ghosts But I Don't See Them. Opinions?

I'm sure that I can't actually SEE ghosts, although I have experienced the odd unexplained event etc. But I'm not going to tell you a story here, I'm going to ask you for help with something else in stead.

Truth is, I think I'd love to be able to see ghosts.

I know that anyone who can is probably already down at the comment section going 'no! Oh dear GOD no!', or telling me about the dangers. But I mean a one off or something, or optional or something (I don't know how it works). I'm super curious and even one glance would make me happy. I'm just wondering if there is anyone out there who can help me out. Oh, and do I need to say 'safe'? Yes, please tell me if it is safe or not. I would love to, say, use a ouiji board (do you say 'a' or 'an'?), but I KNOW this is potentially dangerous. I have a friend who didn't do the research and laughed when I told her not to, but she did and won't go ANYWHERE near the place she did it.

If it helps, I can't decide if I believe in all of this or not.

That's what I told my friend, but she chose not to listen to me.
I don't quite know, I think I just want to see what ghosts are like-what they look like, mainly. So I think it's mainly curiosity, but if I could help a ghost then by all means-I would. One of the things that's held me back is the thought that maybe, once I see a ghost, I'll freak out and not want to see one again-but not be able to block whatever allows me to.

Thanks for sharing:) I imagined that things like this could happen, and it may sound rude and stupid, but it's good to know that I wasn't overreacting-but don't get me wrong, I didn't mean that to sound as rude as it did... I'm sorry that you got hurt...:/

I think most of the time we feel ghosts, is because it takes a lot of energy to manifest themselves into a physical form. You're right that your friend shouldn't use an Ouija board to communicate with entities. Just like you use a lock on your front door, you need to be very careful about which entities you're speaking with and their intentions towards you spiritually and physically. I've used one by myself, and woke up one night with a very pale arm pushing my bedroom door, and other strange experiences (had a ghost grab my wrist while out of body). That was scary because the ghost seemed to be an animated scarecrow, who was trying it's best to look like a younger version of my Mother and didn't get it quite right. My wrist hurt the entire day after that experience. It was after that experience that I stopped using a ouija board.

If you do try to communicate with a spirit, please use a prayer or some form of spiritual protection.

I personally wouldn't mess with the ouija board. Negative things can attach to you I believe and I would say if you are not experienced enough to know how to rid yourself of them, they can be a problem for years even.
Why do you wish to see ghosts? To assist them? Or just for your own curiosity? Listen I can see them and I choose not to:) Unless it is to assist them, with love, there really isn't a point to it I don't think.
Work on educating yourself on your chakras and raising your spiritual energy in a positive way... Third eye can open, then you will see many things. This should be a life goal rather than just a curiousity to viewing ghosts:) I hope you understand that:)

I have been wondering the same thing. I could see ghosts when I was young but I blocked them out because they frightened me, now I feel them all the time but I can't see them (I have also been scared of the dark my whole life), or when I do they are just a glow or peripheral vision thing. I would also be interested to know if this is something that should be unblocked again?

I do know a way to open your 6 chakra that you could force to open your third eye or eventually it will open your third eye when you are ready. Once the third eye is open, you will be able to see the other side. You could even hear them.:) contact via email if you are interested snowyy402 [at] yahoo.com

When I first started seeing ghosts, I was doing a lot of chakra meditations and working on opening my third eye chakra. So if you're really determined to see ghosts, I would recommend starting there. There is always a risk of attracting negative spirits towards you but I always ask that only the positive spirits come to me and so far it has worked.

I know for sure you can see ghosts! You got this ability, you can even speak and understand them. I feel like your grandmather that loves you a lot comes to you very often. Don't be scared!

Do you have anyone of your relatives whose name starts with D letter? Be very careful with that person!

At first we didn't know it was haunted. I just don't like the idea of messing with Ouiji boards, and this was more a case of me warning her about some of the things that could happen and her not listening to me.

In this story you explained how you find a haunted place and tell your friend not to go there and she actually did the same thing, This is a really amazing gift for you but one thing I want to tell you that it is not dangerous for you.
