My Grandfather's House

My grandfather was a pundit. For years we knew it and it was a "good" thing. We grew up many miles away so never knew the real story. When I returned from Canada we were asked to stay in the house because it was empty after he passed. People on the street started asking how we could stay there because the whole village knew it was haunted. We found out he did a lot of black magic (obeah) and also good magic. My only experience was that one night I got off my bed at 12:20 am, unlocked my gate and went back to bed. During the night he appeared to me and held my hands then disappeared. I was not scared. Now, I have moved and bought a smaller place. For three years I have had the house for sale. People would come, see it, love it, but can't buy it! Others say it is "tied" up and only family can live in it. I have been to numerous pundits and psychics. They all tell me do this and do that and it will sell. NOTHING! One psychic told me he still lives there. I need a medium who can reach out to those on the other side. I want to ask him to leave so I can sell it. Recently, I sold it for $500. To a stranger and did the deed up in his name. It is worth $2.2M dollars. Just trying to break the spell of keeping it in the family. He died with the spell being unable to be broken by anyone else. Is there anyone out there in Trinidad who can genuinely help me please? I have done prayers, novenas, subconscious mind conditioning, visualizing, but nothing seems to work. His spirit still lives there and I need him out! Please help me someone.
