So recently, I've been trying to get in deeper states of meditation and learn to communicate with a lot of other spirits and get help from many of them and even met my spirit guide. So in a recent meditation, my spirit guide, Dyn, a sleek tiger has been training me to go on a long journey to find my pack. (In a recent meditation, Dyn took me to a reflection pool where I found out that my spirit was a wolf. And most of the time you spirit is not how you look in real life.) So anyways, I went on the journey.
Skips to the encounter
Now most of the spirits that I know all have some weird names like Dyn, Burven, ext. However, when I got out of a treacherous dark cave, I entered upon a large frosted forest. Or so I thought. The forest of what looked like snow was just the natural color or it. The trees were silver along with the leaves and the grass was white and shined as if snow bet down on it, though there was no sunlight in the sky at all: Grey and dull up there. So anyways, I walked on through the forest in search of what way to go. After long moments of frustration, I scented something in the area. For a young wolf like me, I didn't know the scent though I followed it and had no idea who or what it would lead me to.
I followed the trail it a small clearing about the size of an average bedroom when I came to a stop. The scent was gone and I was puzzled. Confused, I started to turn back when a small snow leopard just about my size (as a young wolf) pounced on me. Thank goodness he class wasn't unsheathed. Dragging myself up the snow leopard replied: "Sorry about that." well that was a bit odd to me that he tone was clear and straight spoken. Normally I hear animal sounds before I'm able to translate it.
I assured her: "No, it's ok," I caught my breath and asked:"You know this forest right?" she nodded. "Then can you help me find the way south?"
"Sure" she replied and flicked her tail as she turned around. "You can follow me."
On the way she told me her name was Lily and what she was doing here. She explained that she had lived here for many many years of what she thinks. Though I'm not sure what to believe considering there was no sun. I asked her. "What do you think of humans?"
"I was a human once." she replied with a tinge of sorrow. And she described to me what happened to her and what she was doing. She claimed that she had met her spirit animal during a meditation. These mediation began become very deep until eventually she crossed over to the spirit world. These were the steps of cross over I can remember. There were more but I forgot.
Meditation
Deep into meditation
Extreme dizziness
Unconscious
Spirit walk
Finally crossing the line
Lily claims that there is no way for her to get back to the world she once lived in (here) and that her body is probably well buried in the earth. Though this is what I found out about Lily and her surroundings. The spirit world (in which I was exploring) was six times faster than our world as we know! One day here is six days there. And with the loss track of time, Lily could just be in a coma. Though after not coming into that world for a few days due to vacation, the time difference must of made Lily leave.
I haven't came across her in a few days. I hope she is still there, I pray she is. I've seen a spirit die (they can) and I bet she can too.
After I met Lily, I realized that as we go deeper into meditation, we might get hurt if we are not careful.
