For a while now, my dreams have some relation to my waking life but only when they involve certain people I have a strong connection with (for example my husband, my father and sometimes my son's father). My husband and I have been separated: (and I usually dream about things that happen the times I see him that do occur quite accurately. For example, I dreamt that he was handing me some very important papers (when I awoke I was scared and worried because I thought it was divorce papers) and the next time I saw him he brought me his taxes so we could do them (much to my relief). I also dreamt we were hanging out and he was being very sweet, the next time I saw him he had his head on my shoulder throughout the whole time, in my dream that's what happened. I also dreamt he was feeling down and telling me personal things and next thing you know I received a call where he told me exactly that. It also happens with dreams in relation to my father. Lately I've been dreaming of a very magical and picturesque looking seaside town with huge dark wet boulders on a cliff and statues in the sea, everything in beautiful sharp cool colors. I still yet to know how these ocean dreams relate to my waking life but I have a feeling I will know soon, I really do feel it has something to do with my life for some reason. I know my mom has had similar experiences since she herself was young.
What is this called? My heart just wishes I'd dream we'd be together again! Haha:) Thank you for your help.
