Not too long ago I had the most vivid dream/vision ever. I've had visions before, but none as descriptive as this, it borders on astral projection. I foresaw myself in a Juvenile Center, I don't know where. I felt drawn to a specific person and during the free period I was guided to him. His name was Ryan (weird I remember his name, this vision was last year). He had many questions for me and I performed a tarot reading for him. I told him exactly what he needed to do in order to please the judge and see his family again. The vision lasted a while and it seemed like time passed by faster than in reality. In mid vision I had a premonition of his release. I awoke gasping for air with my heart racing, disoriented, confused with a fever. I began my search for this boy Ryan but to no avail. I feel drawn and connected to this person although I've no clue who he is. I feel like I helped him but I don't know if what happened was astral or a premonition.
It was so realistic and I felt everything, the cold of the cell, and the texture of the table on which I performed my tarot reading. Also my visions and premonitions are sometimes inconsistent. I have what I call "dry seasons" and I would like to know how I can keep my premonitions coming without going a month without seeing something.
But I question a lot:
1. Is it possible to have a premonition within a vision?
2. How can I train myself to have more vivid visions like the one I had?
3. How can I prevent my "dry seasons"?
4. Was what happened to me astral projection or a vision?
1. Is it possible to have a premonition within a vision?
- That's what a vision is... A premonition... A scene from a *potential* past present or future event that usually involves symbolism that your waking mind can digest. Alot of inventors and book authors often awaken from there dreams with the information and understanding they were looking for that is usually explained by symbolism of your OWN conscious mind.
2. How can I train myself to have more vivid visions like the one I had?
-Just tell yourself to have more vivid dream recall or waking visions just before falling asleep. When your mind is in between waking and sleeping brain wave patterns, it's is more suggestible like going into trance or hypnotism. You can also pick up cd's on changing brain wave patterns like hemi-sync or others. They entrance the mind by putting different frequencies on the left and right speaker and when assembled/listened to the brain creates a third balanced frequency called a binaural beat.
Another usefull trick is to set a wrist watch to go off every hour and every time it does, tell yourself to *safely* expand your vision request or other programming. It takes approximately 30days for the mind to fully adjust to a new activity or programming... Can be shorter but that's usually the time frame taken to lay down new neural network tracks within the mind so that it becomes easy.
3. How can I prevent my "dry seasons"?
- See above... Just remember visions and other psychic data can become cumbersome and distract you from normal life... Just like you wouldn't want to be hungry and eating 24/7... You wouldn't want to pick up on all the psychic data that's around you 24/7... That's why it's better to have a specific time frame or place to be like in a specific room to do these activities in. That way when your done with it, you walk out or the time you set aside is over and go back to normal activities.
4. Was what happened to me astral projection or a vision?
-Not sure... Could be either or. When dreaming I believe people astral project... Or in other words the spirit can travel elsewhere to go about it's buisness. You technicly can 'astral travel' from the waking state and even get out of the body but from my own experiences this is too much of a shock to the system. I would avoid trying for such a thing -- the more you breach the physical layers of your understanding the more shocking the reality. Would you want to know how spirit and physical reality are two sides of the very same coin? Can you imagine life scene as a dream...
Would you want to understand that passed over spirits amongst others can perceive your every thought, emotion and deed in life or that there really are no secrets among humans as each persons subconcious/ spirit can perceive each others... Like I said, it's too much data and kind of strips away the human like comfort zone of being secure in your body and environment. The only good thing is that while consciousness can perceive, there are limits to interact or interfere per say. Plus, passed over relatives or guides/ angels don't judge people at all for any action as the larger game of life is understood... Or at least that's what I was shown/told. You could break every rule in the book so to speak and they still wouldn't judge you in the same way you might think or at all... If you ask what's healthy or good for you, then that's were discernment/ judgement takes place so to speak.
I'll throw in one more trick that can be handy instead of having visions... If you ever have a question in mind, think about the question and look around your envirnment and let your mind make up a story about the objects or scene that is in front of you. The imagination can do wonders for answering your questions while making it fun. Even if everything isn't 100% true, sometimes it's for the best in ways you might not understand.
I could give you a million tricks to use... But something is harping on me to lay off... So I'll let it be. Cheers
