Is This Spiritual?

I am a 20. Recently in the past year I have lost both my grandfather and grandmother along with having a miscarriage, beside the point. I have been having these senses of a visitor at night, someone in my room looking upon me and saying something to me, but because it is so freighting to me I try to talk myself out of it, which usually takes about 10-15 minutes. These have been going on for a long time now, probably started about the age of 10. It started with something outside my window, and then gradually worked up to someone coming from the ceiling, now it is someone in my apartment. I have always felt like I have some sort of connection with the spiritual world, but never looked into it and put it off because it freaked me out. When I was pregnant I had many dreams of a person standing over me stabbing me in the stomach, and about a month after had a miscarriage. Before I lost my grandmother, after I had lost my grandfather, I felt like he was trying to come through me and warn me that she was going to die. Then starting about two weeks ago, I had "premonitions" that my father was preparing himself for death by falling. And on Saturday, he fell and broke his rib sending it into his lung. He recently told me that he has always felt he had a 6th sense and knows he does but never did anything about it. Another thing is that I sense when people are going to become pregnant, this has happened about 3 or 4 times. Everything is becoming stronger and more often, and I am becoming more and more involved with these feelings and have tried talking to whatever is there without freaking out. For a while after talking with friends about these senses I thought I was crazy because none of them were having them. If anyone has any idea as to if these are spirits or whatever they may be, please let me know.
