Greetings,
I'm going to include a few experiences in this story to save writing so much. I'll make them brief but clear.
I'll start with a dream I had once when I lived in Christchurch New Zealand. I had been practicing Falun Gong for a while and was enjoying it. One night I woke up paralyzed to a black void/figure at the foot of my bed. I had to struggle to try and calm my fear and relax enough to speak. There is a process called Righteous thoughts which is intended to eliminate evil forces. This being was obviously unfriendly so I said the formula, held my hand vertical in front of my chest and concentrated. Upon doing this the ringing sound in that dimension became intensely loud and light started to shine from behind me, shooting like hundreds of little needles at this thing. As I concentrated my spirit began to rise from my body. Bending at the waist. I was sitting up with my spirit. I started to be distracted by how amazing it was and my spirit started to fall back into my body. I concentrated again and all the same things repeated. I said, "you don't scare me!" and then I was awake. Amazing huh!?
Another time in a dream people were all dancing and I looked at them and said "what are you doing, this isn't real!?" then I went to fly away but they all tried to grab my legs and pull me down. Eventually I got away and was saved by an angel. She told me that I could see whatever I wanted to see. After looking at a lot of things the thought devil come to mind. Then I saw what looked like a balrog off Lord of The Rings. I thought "That's not very scary" and suddenly an evil old humanoid face burned into my eyes. I panicked and called for god, then I saw a row of people in a line. Then I woke up.
I apologize for the rushed way this is written. I could have explained settings and everything but I just want to say it quickly. I would like to learn how to be awake in my dreams all the time. If there is anyone who is genuine can help, don't hesitate to comment please.
