Torn Between What I Am Sensing And What My Friend Senses

First off, I wouldn't say I am truly physic but that I am very sensitive to death and negative energy's around me. A brief bio of my feelings is I have predicted my own fathers death, I was dead on with this all except for how he would die. A couple months before my next prediction I kept feeling a dark spirit around me. I would often sit and open the bible and every time land on Judas hanging himself. In October of 09, it came to me that something was going to happen next month (Nov) to a man. That month of November, my brother committed suicide. Prior to all of that I have had other "moments". Currently, at my job I work in a very bad place. I have felt awful things about a woman and a field and being very terrified. The upstairs portion of this house is very hot, hot to the point to where I want to claw at my own skin when I go upstairs. Recently, I have found a photo of a African American woman standing outside of the house. She is translucent at the torso with her face and upper body being very noticeable. A friend of mine who is also sensitive viewed the photo and came up with more spirits, and possibly a satanic force and this woman being my protector who is trying to keep me out of the house. The feelings I have gathered is that someone has called upon this force or has done some sort of Satan worshiping. My friend says that there is a portal upstairs and that it's a mirror. I have noticed deep burn marks appearing in the floor boards downstairs and have smelt electrical burning in only one room. I thought at first that this woman is out to get me, I have felt her appearing with blood soaked hair and her nails being out to scratch my face. My friend seems to think that this African American woman is my protector, hence why she is outside of the house and that she is wanting to tell me what happened to her. Every time I turn to travel on the road to this house I get the strong feeling that they do know I am on my way and that their waiting on my arrival. Other people within my life who know of this house have all felt very threaten and watched while being in the driveway. My boss has made a comment of being held down two times but never stated which house this has happened at. I am needing more input on what I am picking up and what my friend is picking up. I don't want to trust this woman when she is really the one who means harm. I would appreciate feedback and I can send the photo of the house and this lady outside of it as long as more details on the house, the feelings, background etc.
