Starting To See, Feel And Hear Things

Firstly, let me just say that I appreciate the help and support all of you have been providing those who submit a story on this site - it is what prompted me from taking the leap from 'lurker' to 'contributor'.

Two weeks ago, I had a dream about being in WW1 - it was so damn real! I could smell things and I even heard a name being called! The name being called sounded like it was directed at me (although, they weren't calling my name). Anyway, after that experience, I woke up and it felt like I had been hit by a truck (not a small truck - a large truck). Anyway, after writing the name down, I googled it (of course) and found the name to be of a real-life soldier from WW1. I was a little freaked.

One week later...

Yesterday, I went to bed like normal and had another dream. This time I was in a white room with two people (I felt like the dude at a party nobody knows and just stands there in the corner). The two people were a lady and a man. She was telling the man about how he died and when. I took in all of the details I could and woke up (again - large truck feeling).

Following all of that, I went ahead and did some more googleing and found the guy I saw in my dream - my great, great, grandfather! Anyway, I asked my mum about him and she confirmed what I dreamt (date of death (I was out by a month), location - I even picked him in a photo!).

Now - things get even more interesting.

Since these 'dreams' began, I've been seeing a vision of a girl - from the 50's! I don't know who she is but, I feel like she is trying to communicate a word starting with 'S' - her name? Her feelings? No idea! Anyway, she is everywhere I go - even when I'm wide awake!

While I know this section of the site doesn't cover dreams (I'm not really after the meaning of them), I'm interested to know if anyone else has experienced something similar and what they did/didn't do about it...

What does all of this mean?
