Future And Feelings?

I have frequently had dreams that have every time come true in some point of time after having them. It happens at least two or three times a week and I don't really understand it. And I'll also get feelings about others around me. For example just a few minutes ago I was looking for someone because I just had this feeling that I should talk to them even though I never have really talked to them before. And after talking to them a little bit they told me that they were feeling lonely and needed a nice little conversation with someone. Another time was with an ex boyfriend who claimed he was gay, I told him that he wasn't really and that he was just confused and that he would end up going back to bi and a month later I was right. And many other things. I'm not quite sure what to think about all of this... It's always been kind of strange to me but sometimes it can be fairly helpful with some things. What I'm trying to figure out is if there is any way that I can learn to control this? This has happened to me for as far as I can remember and I'm not sure if its a curse, a gift, or what... I wish I knew. But I hope people don't think I'm making this up and hope nobody thinks that I am crazy or anything. Thanks.
