Dreams And Experiences

So here is a little bit of background. I'm a female, I'm 23 years old. I am friends with someone who is clairvoyant and she believes I am as well. I realy don't know much about this subject, and I am seeking information and anyone who has had similar experiences. I have had many experiences where my dreams have come true. A few of my friends have passed away and a night or two before each of them passed away, I had dreams about each of them. I also had dreams days and weeks after going into detail how they had died, before I knew of what happened from their families. I have had dreams which have come true besides dealing with death as well. I went to a psychic and she told me that I was spooky and had the same potential as her. She knew that I had lucid dreams and that my friend had recently passed away from a self inflicted injury. She also told me not to let one of my friends under the hood of a car, and about two months later and friend of mine was changing his brothers oil and the car fell on him, which killed him immediatly. This was the first and only time I have been to a psychic, and I honestly had not believed in them previously. Anyone have any advise or knowledge of these experiences?
