My name is Aries and I am a twenty-nine year old woman and I have just recently, in the last few months, started to see spirits and other supernatural things including orbs, shadows, auras and I have received a few messages telepathically. I have also awoken to voices calling my name from a deep sleep. I seem to have the telepathic and empathy abilities the strongest. For as long as I can remember I have heard/seen things pop into my mind out of the blue with no explanation as to where they came from.
A few weeks ago my best friend, who is a medium, was sitting up in bed and when she looked up she saw my doppelganger: she said she watched me as I walked right through the wall; my head was downcast with a very depressed look. I didn't even look up at her before disappearing again. Are there any explanations for this? Why would she see this? It has been bothering me since she told me of this and it worries me. That same night about an hour later I saw a shadow appear twice in front of my car and got the immediate sensation of danger. Since I was in a dark parking lot and I was the only one there at the time I took my book and went into the restaurant to wait for my food. Could this be connected to what my best friend saw? I'd love to hear what everyone has to say!
