Family In My House

I moved into my house about 2 months ago, didn't really have any experiences until recently.I've known I have always had a gift and it comes and goes, so I'm not scared, but a week ago, my friend & the guy I'm dating came down, we were talking about how I have seen a man in my house & how my child (2) plays with a little boy. My friend wanted to experience what is beyond because she never has, so I meditated and cleared my mind, and what happened from their was incredible... It was like I was watching my self like through a dream and then I would black out, but when I came to, they told me that they spoke to 2 spirits through me. One said her name was Sasha and the other Jake, whom is her father, and that they didn't believe it was really happening so "Sasha" started telling them things about there lives that they said no one could have known, the guy I'm dating said his grandfather passed away not to long ago and that she told him about dreams he was having etc. Sasha also stated that there is her grandmother there that watches over my son and protects him. I want to know how to tap into my gift more, this hasn't happened before, usually I'll just see them,& can't speak with them...
