Distorting Tones

My name is Kennedy and I found this website to find some answers. I read a couple stories and found out that some things that happen to me in my normal life seem to be more complex, more paranormal. Ever since I can remember I can hear these sounds, not exactly humming... But it's a high pitched sound that is in my head nonstop. This tone is weird, it varies pitch depending on my location, when I'm outside, it seems to be gone, I honestly think that it's electrical fields, like what people say that ghosts use to "prove their presence." I don't really know. But anyway, for having these tones in my head for so long I can tell when things are happening, I can be in my bedroom for example, and my bedroom is far away from anything other than a bathroom, a play room, and a laundry room. Between the other bedroom and my front door is my kitchen and living room... About 50 feet from my bedroom I guess. But you see, I can sit on my bed with and have my door closed, in silence except for the ringing in my ears, the pitch changes slightly, and I know that somebody is walking to my door... It's funny because I can only tell that someone is coming toward me when I'm in my bedroom, nowhere else. I can her the pitch almost anywhere and I can hear it distort just about anywhere also... But that's the only place that I can tell anything is happening and know what it is... I don't know what I'm saying, or if I'm just rambling on and on... Just help me.
