Lately I have been having these weird dreams about a relative in my family named Susan. Supposedly she committed suicide, but my family doesn't think so because she was always so happy go lucky and she has two young kids so why would she leave them behind.
I have been having dreams about her and I have never seen her before.
In my dream she was alone walking in a garage when she heard something lock. Shes turns around to see a guy standing there with a smirk on his face. He starts walking towards her and she runs to the other door and opens it super slowly and then that's how my dream ended.
Then the next night I had another dream that she was all alone walking down a dirt road and its pretty dark out. She passes by tons of pumpkins. Then she passes the same guy from the other dream and then that's when I woke up. I feel like the dream might be showing me how she actually died, or she has a message for her family and me.
Sometimes in my room I'll feel like someone else is there and I have felt this way ever since my grandma told me that Susan had died. Sometimes I'll hear a woman laughing or a woman humming. I have never seen Susan until my dreams and I'm wondering is Susan contacting me to tell me something. I have heard that if you meditate you can hear incoming messages is that true? And do you think its Susan?

Watch out for these things, in the mean time. I recomend meditation. However not blocking. If you do blocking then you will loose touch with this spirit who is trying to contact you... If the spirit does not match teh one in the picture, then you should practice blocking.
