Visions, Appearances As A Kid, And Weird Things

First of all I want to introduce myself to everyone. I am a 20 year old guy, college student. And so far I've never talked to anyone other than my ex girlfriend about some experiences that have happened to me. I want to let everyone know that I don't know much about psychic abilities.

My list of experiences is fairly long and as time has gone by I've forgotten many.

As a kid I remember I used to "see" people and this scared me big time! I never liked to see this people into the eyes and this would happen to me around 2-3 times a week when I was 6-8 years old, that was the time I lived in this one house. Time went by we moved and this visions started to occur less often until they disappeared when I was around 12.

When I was 12 my uncle passed away, the night before he did, I had a dream about this happening and so did my mom. We both talked about it and thought it was him communicating to us. My mom woke up to a ringing phone and instead of saying "hello" she said "What happened to Mark?" Response: "He's dead."

This type of experience has happened to me many more times since I was a kid. The last time this happened to me was last year after a night out with my friends from college. I remember going to bed at around 3-4am and waking up to a call telling me my cousin passed away on a car accident... Only this time I didn't dream about him, but I felt like something would happen to him, I was talking to a home town friend of mine that attends the same college the night before and all we talked about was my cousin, telling him how I really wanted to call him to see if he was ok. I had a real bad feeling about it and next thing I know in the morning is he passed away.

This has not only happened to me with close persons but also with acquaintances in other circumstances.

I remember also once having a deja vu occur to me once at a shopping center. I remember clearly as we walked in telling my friends I think this is a deja vu. And they laughed at me and as I was visualizing what would happen I remember telling them that a young girl would pass running and fall in the steps, and so it did less than a minute after I told my friends.

This also happened to me once I was at dinner with my ex girlfriend. Only this time I remember that the daja vu was supposed to turn out into bad news but it didn't. I remember telling my girlfriend at the moment, look a family will sit next to us, my phone will ring, it is going to be my mom and she will give me a bad notice... (In my mind I knew it was related to my dad, that he had been in some kind of accident). Before that happened (the cell phone ringing) I just prayed that no bad news where next, and the phone rang it was my mom, but she didn't give me the bad news.

I don't know if this are some kind of psychic experiences or psychic gifts but I would really like if someone could talk to me more about this.

Many other things have happened to me that seem impossible by scientific standards.

Also, when I moved out for college my mom decided to rent our house since she would live alone in a huge house. The lady that rented the house out was an old friend of her, I met her once and she told me that her daughter had many problems in that house that she saw many people in the house, and specially this one young kid about 8 years old. She told me she saw him all the time and that the kid told her he had died drowning in a pool. The lady then proceeded to ask my mom and me if there had ever been a pool in that house.

Here is some background for that story. When my parents purchased that house I was 8 years old and when we moved into it, my dad sent to build a pool. The pool was barely in the starting stage of construction when my mom had a dream that I would die in that pool drowned. My mom then immediately cancelled the construction.

That time I met the lady was one time we went pick up rent money and the lady as she asked if there had ever been a pool she pointed out to the space where the pool was being built. This had my mom and myself freaking out. To add to this when I was 4 years old I was barely saved from drowning in a hotel pool.

Is it all a coincidence that this girl saw a kid that described my appearance as a kid telling her he drowned. Then my mom having that dream of my dying drowned in the pool that was to be built, in the place the lady pointed out asking if there was ever a pool.

This really freaked me out.

I would like to know if all this are coincidences or maybe I have psychic gifts in me that need to be sharpened. I'm really new to all this.
