Seeing Things

I have always loved ghosts and demons, I am always doing research and am amazed by all that they can do and how they are able to possess people. But over the past couple months I have started seeing some weird things, for example I will be walking down the road to my girlfriend and will see shadows above me looking like a bird flying under the sun through the trees but it is pitch black. I will also see things like a small animal or something like it run across the road or a yard ahead of me. When I'm sitting at my house I will see odd lights and shadows when no one is even home. I have experienced some odd things with a "ghost" I have in my house. Things falling off walls, all the lights blowing out, and black crows lined up against my porch, and I was just sitting here in the dark listening to my music like I normally do and the TV. Turned on and had a woman screaming and the volume was at the top volume. But the remote was on the other side of the room and the volume was normal when I turned it off as well as it was on a different channel. I have used a Ouija board and I was just wondering if it is just all in my head or if something is actually happening with these things that I am seeing?
