Most of what you are describing are Christian gifts. The ability to see the future, for instance - the gift of prophecy. While some might call this "psychic", these are gifts of the Holy Spirit. The voices, however, are a concern. This could be evidence of schizophrenia, but I am actually more concerned that these are voices of demons. Satan is certainly aware of your position in opposition to him as a Christian and with your spiritual gifts you are definitely a threat. Please research what the bible says regarding spirits and talking to the dead and you will understand clearly what I am saying here. Said voices should be ignored absolutely and completely. Do talk to your pastor regarding all you have posted here. FYI, I myself have at times the same ability to see what will happen. I am also myself an ordained Christian minister. Dude you need to just chill your religion only strengthens your abilities, don't let any one tell you your some kind of freak, I have taken that from my year group for 4 years don't ever go down that road and you have some of the same abilities I have XD. I have strong faith and believe me when I say this to you if you were possessed by a demon regardless of its rank any psychic in a mile radius would feel your energy/aura shift I can sense angels and demons all over my country (which is Bermuda XD energy hot spot!) I can sense them over the etire island! And tell were anyone is who I have attached my energy signature to. I just realised I got off topic... Sorry well I'm 15 anyways just letting you know I have had my abilities since birth and they have expanded in range and power ever since your not alone 😊

I have always been very close to my strongly catholic and Christian family and friends. However I can do the things you mentioned above with animals and some others. I know when animals are about to become hurt, sick, or pass away. It's hard being in a religion that doesn't always except different things but embrace your gift. Your not the only one out there going through this. I look at it that if your family and friends aren't willing to accept you, psychic or not, then they don't deserve you. Good luck!

Personally I'm Pagan but I do know that there are many Christian psychics out there! Heck, just look in the Bible. There are prophets, who are pretty much psychics from ancient times. I think that no matter what your religion it's possible to be psychic. And, in Christian perspective, God probably is giving you these gifts for some purpose, so maybe you should pray and find out why.

Neomenia: I'm the same way. I'm a catholic I can do all that you can except connecting with animals. The difference between us is that sometimes when I'm in a heated moment I can take my soul out of my body and watch as my body performs and it lasts for about 10-15 seconds and its when like I'm hand to hand combat you could say and id watch and my body would win no matter what and then I go back pain free.

Hi Daniel777, ever heard of Neocatechumenate, which is a sect inside Catholicism?
I made bad experiences with them, they to my account grossly distort the Gospel, preaching that Charity is impossible and that man even if believing and baptised remains an evil sinner until last breath.
This is not true for if living according to the Gospel were so impossible why then would Jesus have preached it at all?
Millions of people, even unbaptized ones, all over the world follow the Golden Rule and acknowledge that Jesus was God's greatest Prophet (if not God's Son) and that He Arose.
This is what Jesus wanted us to do.
His Heart will surely be wide enough to accept also those believers who are more or less "heretic".

For how can we know if our Bible is complete? I suppose there must have been important parts of the Gospels lost over time. For if it were not so, pure-hearted Christians still could do miracles of the type of Jesus as a rule!
And if the Biblebe incomplete it would mean we all are heretics and we all must unify on the base of Golden Rule, Lord's Prayer and Mountain SErmon again and start at zero. To me this seems plausible.
At least this option would bring a final end to the religious jealousy and hatred game between the many Christian sects.

(this about who is truly Christian and who isn't - no judging please, this is God's job to do, we are only to practise the Golden Rule and pray that's all folks!)

Of course there is many Christians who can't refrain from certain sinful habits, or have a bad character they can't change, but who in the other aspects of their lives do their best, and believe in God. In fact this is the Western average conservative citizen;-) at least I hope it is still so...
Those should be forgiven if they abstain from judging and damning others even weaker than themselves...
But perhaps now it is more a type of world-smart but earthbound and greedy type of passive Godlessness prevailing...
If the second type be true, I think their majority which then would be domesticated materialistic sheep without a real look up to the skies, whose character is mundane and cannot be changed into spirituality... May be forgiven by "they don't know what they do".

But never was it Christian dogma to think that the Gospel does NOT have the POTENTIAL to make a person better. This is Neocatechumenal heresy.

Christians of Catholic or High Church kind keep away of Neocatechumenate! Not for they are more heretic than you (see above) but because their dogma is contradictory and does not lead persons to become better, but only to despise themselves, allegedly to the Glory of God... In fact, it's all a tragicomedy of misconceptions.
But any type of Christian dogma that does not enhance Faith, Hope, and Charity and tends to break one's backbone instead of making one a sane happy person can't be meant to be true. It causes suffering and thus produces "thorns and thistles" instead of "grapes and figs" - see Gospel text - and this proves it comes from a false prophet. I wrote this to warn.

You could be an empath, I am one to. I do hear voices as well. They call my name and ask for help, and I am Christian. I love dogs and animals and sometimes I do click with them, but it's mostly dogs that I click with. Like my dog missy, sometimes I do feel what she fells and what she wants. So I know what your going through and how you feel, because if I told anyone else they would think I'm crazy.

I have always been very intuitive, and more..., and am a Christian. I have been involved in my travels in yoga, been to India, and in various esoteric groups...

I have had many experiences of a spiritual nature, and my clear understanding is that God does want people to be raised as seers & have prophetic (that means conversing with Him and relating that) experiences.

The spiritual manifest on many levels, 'psychic' is just one of those..., but there are much more, that can only be accessed/realized via the Grace of God...

The difference is in the 'Power-base'..., whether one draws on true Light and Inspiration and Power from God (that means, the Source of all Light, Love & Power: Creator of the Universe and beyond)

...don't be fooled,... There are many parasites that are of a darkness contrary to God, that are just deceiving spirits..., remembering the bible verse: "For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the cosmic powers over this present darkness, against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly places." Ephesians 6:12

...I come across them often, and believe me, they just either want to 'take-defile-and/or compromise' your standing and relationship with the 'True' God... They may have been cast into 'outer-darkness' at time of death, and not gone into the Light, which is tragic, but because are not receiving Light/Power from God, they get it from peoples energy. They also like to take over people and experience the desires they had/have being fulfilled via those they take over, or use them for the agenda of those behind them, usually in rebellion to the Most High God... I have found. You never end up in front with them, no matter how you look at it or approach it..., as they NEED... And you are fulfilling thier NEED... Those who went into the Light have Gods Light, which is unimaginably exstatic, they would not even think of draining a person...

Many times this can come with a watering down of the Principles-Words of Christ: firstly, then of those who speak in His Name...

You will come across 2 types: the 'christian (or psuedo-christian) and non-christian adverseries. The christian one can be either just simply 'ignorance', but they mean well, just don't know better. Usually, not volunterring information that will be a 'stumbling block' to them is prudent and wise, and just confirming commonly understood Christian Principles will re-enforce the Light.

Then there is the 'psuedo-christian'..., I have seen many of these, in the penticostal movement, esp. A certain kind, 'seeded' in there amongst them, with the false spirit/christ behind them. They have 'entities' speaking through thier 'prophets' so-called, and there is a agenda on some spiritual level via certain beings that wish to control the world-christian movement, with the 'appearance' of christianity, but being far-removed from Christ. I have seen, what they are, and they are in the process of taking over minds on some level, and energy, creating a collective force... I have experienced many times being drained' by this force. I have heard them, seen them, and believe me, they are NOT of Christ, the TRUE Christ... The bible speaks of this. Unfortunately, it is up to YOU to be one with Christ, adhereing to the principle "and you shall seek and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart"...
...suffice it to say, that those (Im almost tempted to say reptillian-demonic possessed penticostals) have through one person, involved in 'deliverance' in Canberra, which were anything but 'good shepherds'..., didn't want me to 'see', and kept insisting I 'renounce my 3rd eye'. His wife kept asking me, 'do I have to walk around with it 'open'...

...yet, 'they' are OK with their spiritual abilities working... I could tell that the entities involved behind them in the whole 'god-business' and control, were behind this, and felt attacked for about 2 years, in the 3rd eye area, the same time every day, by a group of them, 'babbling the demonic language of thier 'tongues' which them claimed was of God - but was clearly not, with these individuals, and many others like them too...

Then, there is the 'non-christian' and/or rabid christian hater. You can bet that they will invariably be involved with spirits/demons of some nature, either directly or appearing as 'alternatives' to God/Christ,...taking on the 'appearance of light'... (the bible speaks of this)..., they are either anti-or-non christian, due to just hating the Noble Character of God/Christ, OR --- they may have had some experience with the false christian, either as ignorant, or downright part of the evil collective taking over world christianity like a disease...

...some, are just seeking Truth, in the best way they can, and although might be Christian in thier 'root' thinking, are unhappy and unfullfilled with the nominal Christianity that is around, and look for a Greater experience of Truth/Christ elsewhere... The danger of this, is that one can absorb beliefs that can weaken ones relationship with the True Source, and end up absorbed in a 'quasi-consciousness' that is 'Christ tolerant', but 'expands' on this to 'include' other 'options in truth'..., this is a 'soft' way of having ones faith/connection weakened in the True God/Christ.

I would say, SEEK GOD - SEEK GOD - SEEK GOD... And develop all your potential IN HIM - IN HIS SPIRIT..., understanding Him as being the Source of Eternal Good..., and Christ the One directly born of Eternal Good and embodying that Character in form...

Remember Jeremiah 29:13...' and you shall seek and find Me, when you search for Me with all your heart" Jer 29:13...

Know that we are made in the Image of God, that was degenerated since the fall from His Prescence, when woman/man experienced (from an unfalled state of Eternal Good) what 'evil' was (ie: seperation from Eternal Good) and saw its contrast with 'good'..., initiatied by a corrupted spirit/entity that presided over that particular tree of experience/initiation into seperation through a lie..., as they were 'already gods' as Children of the Most High God..., but when they fell, they became as normal (in our understanding) woman/man...

The 'Way of Christ'...is the way back to the unfallen image of God..., which only could occur if He took all that burden on Himself..., in the process, spiritual abilities occur, are awakened..., but the false ones, want to awaken the world in a 'false intitian' based on the corrupted spirit in the tree of knowledge of evil/good, not on the Tree of Life-Truth-Light.

Its hard to find like-minded/experienced Christians, but the battle is very real, and many fight it not even knowing they are being used..., we, as Christian, choose to see clearly from the Highest level, and not have some levels 'masked' while allowed to see others of a lower order. This is not Truth,... This is manipulation...

I use to get deja vu all the time too! I also knew my grandma died as soon as the telephone rang, & I also was able to look at people & get a chill or a feeling that they were going to pass away soon. I hated that when I was in grade 8 I started to say "I hate the feeling of remorse knowing they were going to die soon. So I blocked it all out. I am older know 17 & have found out my mom when she was younger could describe places she never even went & no one even mentioned them to her. She stopped be able to do this, as growing up with a strict catholic mom thought it was the devil & she would get beat until she stopped telling her about it. She said I should learn to embrace it, but I don't know how? If anyone could help me out? Or will I no longer be able to? I still get the odd feeling about people going to die, when I see them. But I don't get deja vu often anymore. Does this mean anything?

ok I'm probably too late to comment on this strand but I'm a devout christian and believe in the existance of pyschic abilities it is in the BIBLE people, under spiritual gifts.

To address the other religions that may have been hurt by the actions of my fellow brothers and sisters in Christ. I would like to apologize. They are still children and did not learn the lesson of unconditional love very well. They would like to pretend they are special because someone else is not.

BUT JESUS does NOT teach this. That is a human worldly construct. Therefore I can only apologize as I try to convince me siblings to behave themselves and hold themselves accountable to what they SAY they believe but do not DO in actions, thoughts and words therefore bearing no fruits.

Read your BIBLE people you'll be suprised at what you find versus what is taught in the pulpits, most mystics have been weeded out of clergy.

hi neomenia! At 14 you're probably coming into your own now. I understand how you're feeling isolated and alone esp. With being a Christian Believer. This type of conversation doesn't get dicussed much in the circle of Christianity very often, other than to be 'demonized' or 'cashed in on'. Sadly to say. Don't be afraid. You're where you are because our Creator made you this way. But do remember... For whose glory? His alone! Lean on Christ, now more than ever, esp. You're just like me. I'm SERIOUS. I can See the future as well, I'm a Christian, I have a connection with animals, and the 'whispers' I've heard just a week ago. I haven't read any other comments, so I don't know what they say the whispers are, but I know the whispers are Spirits. They exist! You probably just block out them, like I do somehow.
I learned I had Gifts only a week ago, so I'm new to it. But I have a friend who's like me as well, so she tells me things.

I am Christian and I guess you can label me as psychic but I just see it as gifts from God. We are born with these gifts, there is nothing wrong with that. The purpose of these gifts is to help others with and to help fulfill God's plans. Please do not lose your faith. The average Christian is afraid of the supernatural because they were not taught well of it and therefore they would judge everything as evil. I'm a devout Christian aswell. Though nowadays I don't really like to use the term Christian. So many of our "brothers" and "sisters" in Christ cause more harm than people who bow down to demons. Christians can be nasty creatures. I'm 24 and have spent a long time studying many things. I invite you to read my stories and post on them too, even if only to say hello.

About feeling peoples emotions, I can to. Through my empathic ability iv learned to predict many things about people, you can to. I also feel connected to animals, particularly cats. Cats are usualy harder to get close to. Most dogs love everybody. Of course I like dogs too though.

Indigo, you are correct that being a Christian does not make you a good person. Noone can good their way to heaven and there is nothing good enough that you can do to cleanse you from a life or lives of sin. The whole point of what God did for us through Christ is that God (Jehovah) is perfect and cannot look upon sin so you cannot enter heaven with sin. Being a Christian is turning your back on a sinful world and surrendering your life, heart and soul, to God by accepting Christ sacrifice on the Cross. When this happens you are a new person. If you have not changed to a good person, there is something that you have not totally surrendered to God. Being a Christian is preparing for eternity in Heaven. Anyone that claims to be a Christian and does not emulate Christ is not really a Christian in the first place, ie the crusades and the like. Evil people doing things in God's name not for God. True Christians don't cram religion down people's throats, we, in God's love, want you to have the same rock solid assurance that we have for eternity in Heaven and it is by far not exclusive. God said Himself that it is His wish that no man perrish.

I have a lot of past life issues with Christianity. Even I go as far to say that both Wicca and Christianity can be both narrow minded and somewhat bigoted when it comes to different people. Being devout does not mean you can blind yourself to one philosophy and not acknowledge the right of others to exist.

Worshiping Judeo-Christian god does not make you a good person automatically. What makes a good person is one actions to others of different philosophies.

Wiccan and pagan beliefs give me the strength of being who I am and what I am. This is something I can not find in the Christianity. This does not make me a bad person.

I notice that you say a lot that the Wiccans are giving you trouble. I hope you don't think ALL Wiccans are like that. The Cristians give ME trouble because I'm Wiccan, but I hold nothing aganist that Faith. Please don't think all Wiccans are bad just because a few are not being true Wiccans.

Oh yay now I do not feel bad about myself! I too am a strong Cristian psychic, I can see Angels and all too! The wiccans here have been giving me trouble lately ugh, don't ask, they are so annoying! 😠.I know these gifts are 100% God given and we should use them for the sake of good.

its okay, your not alone. I'm 13 and I've recently seen a few things and accpecting things that no one else believed. It runs on 1 side of my family, so I can talk about it with them. Don't reject it, embrace it. You can do research and tons of stuff... Except I on the other hand brought books took school and hid at recess, meditated, and talked about it with my friends, 1s a empath, and 1s a medium! We go to a catholic skool! Its okay, you probly have precognitive dreams, have clairaudience, and I forget the name 4 the animal 1. I think I've had it for a while, but its okay, somtimes I feel alone too. Don't be afraid of your abilities.

Im a christian psychic. My mom says that my gifts have been given to me by god and that I should use them. I was so happy that I told her because before that I was scared she was going to think I was crazy. So yes as all the other post say, thier are christian psychics.

I am wondering what you mean when you say you are a Christian? It seems our views have some key differences. You say that the powers God gave you have enabled you to save lives.

I have also had "empath" experiences (like visiting a friend's mega-church and "knowing" -God telling me-that the pious looking man in front of me was just putting on a good show. My immediate reaction was, "Why would I think something like that, judging someone I don't even know!" After the worship part of the service in which he was very animated, he played with his cell phone the entire time).

Anyway, I try to be careful to always make sure that God has called me to a task, and if He has, I know it was not my doing that helped a person, but God's.

I think that a person can love God and have what others might call psychic experiences, but I refer to them as so-called God encounters. I do not do anything to improve any gift God has given me in the past, but when I remain faithful to obey, He has trusted me with more and varied encounters. Dreams, visions, (and what others would call) empath, clairvoyance, ESP, a type of kything, and precognition as well as seeing the angel have all been experiences of mine.

I'm Christian, and I'm not only Psychic, there's soo much more. There is nothing wrong with being Psychic, and a Christian. So far, I know using my gifts, I've saved quite a few lives. A friend of mine (being Empathic, and feeling her killing herself), someone who was about to get into a wreck which also saved my own life (saw the future), and just other lost people. Don't think of this being anything bad, it's a gift, and just learn to use it for God's will. And by the way, you're what is called an Empath. That is what I am partly, and it seems to me that you are still on the mental stage, later on, if you continually get better, you will go on to what is called Physical Empathy, and that's basically feeling others physical pains and stuff. It's actually very interesting, and that's how I kept Emmie from killing herself.
