I have just realized that I am an empath. I'm not sure if I was always an empath, or just developed the abilities. However, since I've discovered what I can do, weird things have been happening.
However, the one that I want to know more about is what happened last night. I was on a road trip with my father and brother, and we were staying the night at my second-cousins house. The house is about 50 years old, and I had stayed there before. Although, this was the first time that I had stayed there since I found out I was an empath.
I had my own room, and I was laying in bed trying to sleep, when all of a sudden, the closet door slowly opened on its own. I had made sure that the door was completely shut before I went to bed. This seemed more like something that happened in a horror film than in real life. I got freaked out by this, so I went to look in the closet, but there was nothing there. I closed the door again and went into a different room.
In the other room, I was texting my friend to tell her what happened. We were texting back and forth, and all of a sudden my phone shut off and came back on. I hadn't shut it off or turned it back on, and the battery was completely charged. This had never happened before, and the phone is only about a year old. Once the phone came back on, I continued to text my friend, and she told me that spirits often draw energy from things like phones, computers, etc.
After this happened, I went into a different bedroom and tried to sleep again. Nothing else happened, but I was very anxious, and I could feel the presence of someone in the room. I'm not sure if this was just because I was nervous, or if there really was someone else in the room.
Is this related to my empath/clairvoyance abilities? What does it mean? Am I in danger? If so, how can I stop it? Thank you to anyone who can help me.
Scrabble is a great way to communicate with your Guides, and also with spirits who you have asked to communicate with.
1. Turn all of the letters over so you cannot see them.
2. Ask a question (in your mind).
3. Sense the ones you need to choose (as you would with choosing a tarot card). (Do not think of any letters or words or they might just find those letters for you assuming you want those.)
4. Lay them all out then turn them over. Configure them into words.
5. Write it down on paper.
If the letters form more than one word, and more than one variation, ask your Guides which one is the right onw.
(This is in reply to the question you posted on my own story.)
