I came across this site on while I was looking for more information about premonitions. I was talking to a friend today who had been round a psychic's house earlier on. He asked me whether or not anything unusual had happened to me like seeing ghosts, orbs and other things I couldn't explain, which I said no to except for a couple of premonitions or at least what I think are.
The first one I had must of been a couple years back now, I was walking into a cake shop for my mum who was waiting in the car, as I walked through the door my mind went completely blank then I had a weird vision if you can call it that I can't remember exactly what it is but it wasn't bad none of them have been. But it consisted of me having a conversation with my mum and then my brother came in but the weird thing is that all the words, sounds everything was crystal clear then I think it was a few weeks later it happened for real, then I turned to my mum and said "wow I had a well weird deja vu, that exact conversation with Rob (my brother) coming in and everything, I had like a vision of it when we went to the cake shop" but she just said, "Oh that's weird" but its like if I remembered it I could of said word for word exactly what she was going to say.
I've had a couple more not a lot though since then the most recent one was about a year ago when I was looking for a job. And it was me talking to two colleagues about something can't remember now but they were flying a toy plane around the workshop wearing the work uniform as well. Then a month later I got a job there without even knowing about me getting it then when I first started working the vision came true about a month after that I want to learn like how to control it if you know what I mean.
He also said to me that because I haven't had any weird stuff happen to me like not seeing any ghost not feeling as if someone's watching me and things like that he seems to think I'm exempt from spirits, that I have an energy shielding me from them something like that anyway any comments.
I'd like to share a dream I had as well. It happened when I was about 6 or 7 but it's still so vivid. I was coming down the stairs in my house then went into the lounge and there was my brother who was about 3 at the time and my sister who was about 1. They were playing together then a ghost came from nowhere with a knife like what a butcher hangs the meat from and stabbed my sister with it and threw her out the window and did the same with my brother then it looked at me stopped for a second then like floated really fast towards me. I then woke up screaming. My mum and dad never let me watch horror movies or anything as I was only 6 so I don't know where I got that from.
Then, later that night when I was having a bath when I got out I started crying and saying, "I believe in the devil, I believe in the devil", just repeating it over and over and that was it. That's all I can remember.
I have only had one other dream about a ghost since then and that was about 3 - 4 years ago in a different house where I was running down the stairs and a ghost was behind me. I ran through the door where my mum and dad were and I told them and started crying then I woke up.
Sorry to ramble on haha but it's weird I'm starting to think what my friend said is true that I am kind of exempt. I have only ever had two dreams of ghost's never seen or ever experience anything weird. And there's another thing. I always think of what someone's doing, but I never know weather its true or not and I think of what someone's thinking but really clear and I don't even. Have to think about it or make it up its just in my head well I hope to get some replies.
