My Psychic Life

My name is Raileigh, and I just recently signed up. And I'm in need of some answers. I just realized I was psychic when I was 10. I never knew why I was having premonitions, and seeing, and sensing spirits, or seeing faint glows around certain people (auras).

So I talked to my family about it, and they said that when I was little, they saw me talking to someone that wasn't there; to describing what the boy looked like to his past family. They also said my great-grandmother was a psychic, and she could see the future, as I can now.

Lately, more things are coming to me. I can feel the feelings of other certain people around me. And I keep having these spirits coming to me, and I can communicate with them, and this happens almost everywhere I go. But some of my family doesn't approve, so sometimes I keep to myself about it. I can tell good spirits to bad; which to me isn't a pleasant thing to experience. So here's the thing, I don't know what kind of psychic I am, and is there anything I should do?

I'd be very thankful for any comments or advice. For me it's very hard to be in middle school, 13, and have to keep such a thing to myself, so thank you for anyone's help! Should I talk to my family more about it? And I would really like to know, what exactly kind of psychic am I? Thanks a lot, Raileigh

Yes, telling soeone was a break through. And not only did my great-grandmother have psychic abilities, my grandfather also has prophetic dreams of people dying, but he's not all to into it, and is mostly against it; but I mainly don't agree with him.

It's true that you have to believe in yourself before you should mention it to anyone, because if you are put on the spot when you are still unsure of yourself it can go horribly wrong. When or if you already fully believe in yourself then telling a close friend that you know will be accepting of it may be a good idea so you can talk to someone instead of bottling it up. It's not shocking that another person in your family has the gift, mainly because the gift is, in my opinion, hereditary I bet more than just your great-grandmother has the gift in your family. As for what you classify yourself as you could say psychic medium.

In a way it is fun now, but I'm sure I'll learn what I realy need to do with it, and use it correctly. 😊

It's a cool ride. Sit back
And enjoy it. When the time
Comes it will benefit others
As well as you. Trust me
You'll find a way to use it
Correctly. And maybe to a point
Where it could be fun.

When I was your age, I had the same problem... Actually, I still do. However, when I was a bit older I talked to my mom about it and found out that is where I get my abilities from. I also have one friend who knows. For all others, I do not talk about it. Many people do not believe and think it is craziness. Believe in yourself and if you wish to develop your gifts more definitely meditate. 😁
Best Wishes to you.

Thanks, I didn't know psychics can have, more than one gift. And I actually do have more premonitions and precognitions than I see spirits. 😁

I think you have more than one gift. It seems as though precognition could be your primary gift, since your grandmother also had it. As far as the spirits go, you may also be a medium. A lot of us contain more than one ability, but there is usually 1 gift that is your primary strength. I suggest trying not to tell a whole lot of people about this. Keep getting the support you need from websites like this one. Its a lot easier to talk about with people who experience similar things. To tell someone who hasnt yet discovered their gift, they will probably either ridicule you in disbelief, or seek proof of some sorts. But you don't need to prove anything, you are living proof. Definitely meditate on this question. Clear your mind and ask yourself "What should I do next?" and wait for the answer and It will come. I hope this helps!

I think you are a psychic medium. I know how you feel. I'm 14 and my parents think I have an overactive imagination or they think I'm crazy. My mother is religious, therefore she doesn't approve. If you want to keep developing your gift, they say meditation works. 😊

I also just signed up not long ago.
I'm not sure what kind of psychic you are but, I'm having the same problems with who to tell. I havn't told anybody accually, because nobody in my family belives in psychics. They would probably think I'm just trying to get attention. I'm thinking about telling my best friend but I don't know how she'll react. I'm also thirteen and I see the future. Just saying that makes me feel crazy. 😊
