My name is Lauren and I just turned 14 last month. I think I might have a little bit of psychic abilities, but I'm not quite sure. I have been getting these weird coincidences where I just think of a certain episode of a show, and it comes on the next day.

A while back, like in fourth grade, we were writing essays. My friend was writing an essay about this horse. She said to me, "Guess what I named my horse?" and I just randomly responded, "Susan B. Anthony?" and I was right!

Also, I said to my mom, "What are we having for dinner? Chinese take-out?" and I was correct, too! I remember this one time, I was sleeping with my mom and I saw a big, glowing orb of light about as tall as the door just walking across the room, then I looked away, then back at it, and it was gone.

Every time I close my eyes I see things. Just random things like splotches of color or lights, people, animals, etc. They don't have anything to do with my current life, but I was just wondering about that.

My mom went to a psychic, and the psychic said "Your daughter (me) can see angels." But I don't think I've seen any angels, so what do you think she meant by that? But lately, I kind of feel my supposedly 'psychic powers' weakening like I don't predict T.V. Episodes anymore. Is there any way I can strengthen my psychic ability? I've been trying to meditate, but I don't know if it's working.

Thank you so much maliceinwonderland123. I have been feeling stressed and overwhelmed lately and I will definitely try your visualization tactics.:)

I know from my experience that any kind of stress build up or frustration or any kind of tension can temporarily block your abilities. Try to release any negative feelings by using visualization. I usually just imagine all of the tension in my body as red energy and I visualize this red energy leaving my body and a new white light entering my body. Also breathing excersises helps too. I know that may sound strange, but just close your eyes and focus on breathing in slowly and breathing out for the same length of time. This helps the oxygen get to your brain, and it helps release any blockages.
