Psychic? How Can It Be Controlled?

My name is Kevin and I'm 16, I was researching psychic abilities to see if other people do indeed have these gifts. Let me share just a FEW experiences.

All throughout my life I've had these visions and dreams which usually either within the next day or week would occur. Some are big visions about someone being endangered or some are smaller just about what's going to happen generally in the future. I usually get visions then I do dreams. I'll only tell you of a couple of events that have occurred. For example, I was sitting in my room around noon, watching tv I think it was. My sister had a gunniea pig and she had to clean its cage, right before she was about to clean the cage I had feeling that something was going to happen then I had a flash through my head that the cage was going to fall with the gunniea pig in it. I told my sister but she didn't believe me so I went back into my room, then as she went to get him out of the cage I heard this big boom and the cage had fallen. My sister was so spooked and was like how did you know that was going to happen and I just told her I had a feeling something was, didn't want to freak her out. Recently I had a dream that there was this man walking it was in the mountains and it was really green all around, I guess it was summer time or spring the man was a business man I felt he was in danger, and he was being attacked by a mountain lion I was looking for the lion, but I was the lion. I felt so connected to the animal and when I woke up my body was super hot. When I got home after school that day I researched attacked by mountain lions and nothing came up for what I was looking for. I'm scared something is going to happen.

Other strange things that go on in my life daily are I'm really good at telling how someone's day went. My sister came home from school and I felt that she was really distraught. I asked her if I could see her palms to see if I could get a read on what happened to her I told her that she had a fight with some of her friends, and that is what made her sad, she was 9 at the time. She said KC, my nickname, how did you know, and I was like I don't know I just saw it. When I was a kid I use to experience a lot of Deja Vu, its not as extreme as before but I still do get it. I'm also really good at guessing numbers that people are thinking, and implanting ideas in people's head. I put the idea of food in to my younger sisters head and 5-10mins later she went to get food she said she felt hungry.

Other from the daily premonitions that I get, the most bizarre thing happened to me in the months of December and January, early Feb. I was going through some real emotional times with my family and I was always upset or distraught and almost every single day for about a month I would shock everything and anyone, more then your average shock it hurt people, and my fingers numb. When I tried to turn on the lamp in my room I shocked it so bad there was a spark and it turned on by itself without me turning the button on. It has happened 3 times total. Now none of my outlets work except 2 I have a total of 10. I haven't been able to reproduce the same time of electrical shock sense is this because I have to be upset or am I in my head to much?

I also want to ask about spirits because one night I was playing with a Ouija board, nothing happened until after I went to sleep. I could feel someone moving my ankle forcefully, then something grabbed my hand it was warm then I felt it go through me and I woke up. I also see black particles I think that its my guardian angel or some type of energy because there is no other explanation they just float there, but that's another story I guess.

I really want to learn how I can amplify and control these abilities, if I could get a little bit more detail about what's going to happen in my visions maybe I could help the people in my visions. Dates would be nice. If I \I have clairvoyance of some type I would really like to hone in on my abilities as far as the whole telepath thing, and feeling someone emotions I really would like to control those as well. The one that is the weirdest is the electricity can that be controlled? Please someone help me I need answers.
