Our society does not 'accept' psychic ability as the norm, but the truth is, everyon has psychic abilities in one form or another. Most of us either learn to shut them down, or we learn to incorporate them into our lives in a way that is acceptable. In your case, I would suggest that you are strong in Psychic Hearing. You don't hear with your ears in this case. The psychic reception area is actually above your ears, on the inside of your head. Very much like talking with yourself. People who are high in Psychic Hearing are also able to transmit thoughts to those who are closest to them. Maybe it's a family trait? This would explain why you can hear your family when they are not nearby. I do not know how receptive your family is to such matters. In the case of knowing your Grandpa had passed, this too has to do with psychic abilities. As family, you were closely connected to him so you knew when he passed. My Grandpa came and gave my hand a 'squeeze' when he passed. I was in bed at the time, in a different city, but I knew it was him. My aunt called the next day to tell me he passed during the night. Please know, you are not alone, and there are resources to help you understand everything you are experiencing.
A quick note about orbs, most will be dust particles, and you can tell which those are because they seem to be reflecting light. Actual 'spirit' orbs have a light of their own. You can check out orbs on line from a reputable 'ghost hunting' type of web site.

There is NOTHING wrong with you! Don't ever think that. You're just different. And there is absolutely nothing wrong with that. It's a gift, a blessing, something to be proud and happy off. Everyone can see orbs on their camera lol all it takes is to turn on the flash. Being psychicly gifted can be hard, especially on the younger generation. You have very strong intuition and the voices you hear of your family is just a strong connection you have to them. I know this is hard for you to understand, but be patient and figure things out, it will get easier.

I would like to answer a few of your questions. (1) you are not crazy I know that you are only 14, but I have had similar experiences since I was 2 now I'm 17. (2) You probably hear voices of your family because they are feeling a strong emotion, there is something you need to know, or telepathy. (3) I don't know how the thing with death works, but I am a medium and a few other things. So I believe that when someone in my family dies I know, because we are related so I am able to pick up on their passing easier than I would pick up on anyone elses.
