For developing psychics like me: my only suggestion if you are trying to develop psychic skills is to check out www.psipog.net. A certain part of the site that I thing is helpful is Active Psy - you find it by going to the Archive and scrolling to the bottom. There is a part of it called The Playful Psychic that teaches psyonics.
Before I found that site, I had always believed in Telepathy, and I wasn't sure why. No matter how hard I tried to convince myself it didn't exist, I always believed that it did. Once I had a chinchilla (he died almost a year ago) and sometimes I would imagine him running in his ball to parts of the room, and he would usually end up doing it unless it was to come to me. But one day I was walking home from school and there was a girl walking a ways ahead. When I was almost home, I thought, "I wish she would turn around..." I thought she seemed familiar, so I wondered who she was, but I couldn't see her face. But after I thought that, she turned around. Now I often see her in other places, but I know she is real, not a ghost or something similar. But that event convinced me that psychics existed.
Then a few weeks later, two friends of mine started having predictions - one had very specific feelings about what would happen and the other had visions. But in some way or another, they came true.
Something else that happens to me is that occasionally, I hear something, but in my head - something I know I did NOT think. The first time, my mom was driving me and a friend who lived nearby to school. My friend had never been in our car before, but we had had it for three or four years. While we were leaving their house, it seemed like I was thinking, "THIS. CAR. IS SO. AWESOME!" but why would I have thought that? We had had the car for a few years, and I thought it was nice. But later I heard my friend say she thought our car was cool. Some of the other things I have heard have all been at home. At least once it was my name. Once it was something like, "I can't believe you're actually doing this!" Another I can remember is the name of a friend saidas asking if she was there. But her name is common - I know many others with her name. But always, when this happens, it is completely unexpected. I know I am not going mad because it happens only once every few days, not all the time, and I am healthy other than a slight cold.
The closest thing to visions I have had is that sometimes, I think I see something out of the corner of my eye, but when I look at it, it's not there. It only happened at a certain friend's house, and it stopped happening when I started trying to meditate and began to try simple psychic skills. Once I woke up and sat up right away, but at first it looked like one of my cats was on my bed. I twitched and froze because it was unexpected, and nothing was there. My cat's colors are nothing like the color of the sleeping bag I was using (red with a blue and green dark plaid blanket over the top; my cats are Siamese mixes and are only white, tan, black and gray). Another time I thought I saw a fat lady dressed in purple sweats walking into the room I was in, but when I looked in that direction, there was nothing. Their house is old, and when my cats were there, one day one was freaking out and going hyper, but she never left the area while she was scared and hyper. The other one was in that part of the house, but was not hyper or scared. Parts of their house are very old - one part is mostly wood and the ceiling boards are only held up my a board on each side.
