I See It Happening Almost Like I Am Watching A Movie

As other stories that I have read, I have had experiences since I was a young person. First memory was knowing at the age of seven was that a place some friends and I were going to was out of a certain brand of soda. I would also know what songs were about to play on the radio as well as actually waking up from a sound sleep and picking up the phone before it ever rang.

There was a shift in what I was sensing in my twenties. I had a very detailed dream about an event that occurred involving three of my friends one afternoon and relayed it to them that evening. I, of course, thought that it was kind of funny. However, all three of them looked as though they had seen a ghost when I described the events that occurred with them at a house that I had never been to. Because of their reaction, I believe that I felt strange and alone, so I must have blocked the ability for some time after that.

However, the "gift" (yeah, ok) returned in a horrifying manner when I was about 35. The first time it happened, I was making the 30-minute commute home from work and listening to the radio when a radio announcer reported about a child who had been tortured and murdered by a step-parent. Immediately I could "see" the event and details that were so horrific that I began crying. The only way that I can describe it is like a bolt of electricity went through me at the time. For the next few weeks, I continued to see the events with more clarity and detail and felt paralyzed by it at times to such degree that I was unable to focus at work. Sadly enough, the things that I see are later verified by the police reports as things that did, in fact, occur.

Since this time, there have been several occasions when a child abduction has been broadcast and I have "known" immediately that the child was already dead. However, only after the bodies are found have I received more visions and they, again, are detailed and horrific. Now, it is like I am sitting in a dark corner of the crime scene and am watching it, almost like a movie.

So, I guess what I am asking is this; what is it that I have? And, is there anyway that it can be used to benefit anyone? If not, what is the purpose of it? All of the things that I have seen have already happened. I don't know what to do with the information. There is only one person that I can talk to about it and she has no experience with this sort of thing, but she assures me that I am not crazy.

Any guidance that anyone could give me would be greatly appreciated.
