My Dreams Predict The Future

I know this is going to sound crazy, but my dreams predict the future! This mostly happens in nightmares which is unfortunate. Although there are multiple examples of this happening, I am only going to share a few because the others are way too personal. The first one I'm going to talk about happened several years ago and the dream was that I was camping in the Adirondacks with the Girl Scouts and we were by the campfire when suddenly we were surrounded by black bears (a mama and two cubs) and then a few years later I actually went camping in the Adirondacks with the Girl Scouts by the campfire surrounded by black bears (a mama and two cubs again). At first I thought that was just a coincidence until this started happening more frequently.

The next dream is very unsettling. I had a nightmare that my dog Bailey (who I loved very much and did everything with) had died unexpectedly. The next morning I woke up and my Mom came in and told me that Bailey had died unexpectedly in her sleep. I can not tell you how upset I wa about that especially since I was warned about it in my dream.

And this next one which is more recent happened in a nightmare I had last week where my "friend" had literally stabbed me in the back. And then when I woke up the next day this girl figuratively stabbed me in the back. She did this by telling all of our friends to hate me and turn everyone against me. She literally has been making it her life's work to make my life miserable.

Can someone please explain this to me? I really don't want my nightmares to keep predicting the future. I also would really like to know (if possible of course) how or what causes these types of nightmares to predict the future? It would definitely help me a lot if I could get some answers on this!

I've always had dreams like this. I think that your subconscious mind can pick up things that you might not be able to normally. Kind've like when a woman is pregnant and her body knows before she knows that she is. Your body knows a lot of things that you might not pick up on at first and a lot of times they do pop up in your dreams almost as a warning. This happens to me often and its almost always bad news too. I truly belief that dreams reveal the truth or worldly events that might take place soon after. I enjoyed reading your post just know that you are not alone. This is very common with people who are more intuitive to things. Maybe your a little more psychic than you think. I am very sorry about your friend though, I've definitely had my fair share of those kind've dreams and there are heart breaking. Good luck with everything and stay positive!

Many of our dreams are foretelling of the future. We are inter-dimensional at the core so it makes sense. We generally see something of interest or having an impact on our subconscious. We'll dream less or won't remember the mundane, but we'll remember and dream about strong events. This may feel like it's all negative, but every day that you successfully make it to work or school is "positive" but you don't dream about it because you do it every day and it falls into the mundane column. Your dog passing is not mundane but very impactful so it registered more strongly on your subconscious, and subsequently your prophetic dreams.
