Voice Calling My Name

Since about 2 months, I hear a calm voice (in my husbands tone) calling me. Mostly it happens in the afternoon sometimes once, twice and upto 3 times in a day. During the last 2 months I went then to my husband and asked whether he called me and he said no. Upto now my husband had never heard the call. Now since the last 3 days my husband also hears it at the same time I do. At the times I was called, I walked over in that direction and I replied "Yes" and sometimes I said who are you, what do you want, what do you want to tell me but no answer or that I get a responsive feeling. I do not feel scared but it leaves me wondering as to what is all this about and how can I respond properly. I feel that the call voice may have a message for me but I do not know how to communicate with it.

Can please someone help or guide me and/or how I can learn to communicate with it. Thank you.

All of these are very interesting nevertheless. Please give some attention to my personal experience as I think it's very relative. Last night I was sleeping and I must have woke up about 2am and fallen back to sleep. I was in that state I think between dreaming and being awake when I felt whispering in my ears. This 'thing' - I don't know what it was - was whispering my name so realistically that I felt the warmth of it in my right ear. I tried to see who it was making sure that 'it' didn't see me. But there wasn't anything really there. It was like air waves or something like that I don't know if I'm getting through to you or if I'm just loosing it. Anyway, as soon as I felt that it wasn't a familiar voice I ignored it and it kept calling my name for several times. I woke up in the morning and asked my husband whether he had whispered to me during the night. He hadn't. The thing is that I'm doing some soul searching. I think I'm an empath but I'm not sure. Ever since I was a child I would just know if someone is good or bad. I never wanted a lot of strangers around me because I think I got very confused inside me. I have this friend of mine. She is very important to me. I have known her for about 5 years but it seems I have known her forever! There was a time during these 5 years when I suddenly lost contact of her. And I don't mean saying hello but real soul contact. It was then when I started seeing this dream over and over again. Later on, when we found each other again I realized that the dream was a living reality. Everything! How is this possible? And this is not the end. I have a period some months when I can feel her when she is upset. It usually starts with a ringing in my ears and the my hands start to numb and so do my legs. My heart beats rapidly and when this happens I instantly make contact with my friend to see if she is ok, only to see that she is feeling the same way as me! So, could anyone give me an explanation or am I loosing it! My friend's father is sick. He is in a state where he is been brought back to life several times. I'm thinking that maybe the voice I'm hearing has something to do with my friends father. Maybe her father is going to die and I will have to prepare her. I don't really know. Could anyone help me please...

Hi my name is Lakita and I have had a similar experience. I was at my grandmother's house and I was in her guest bathroom washing my face with my eyes closed. I thought I heard my grandmother call my name. I answered out loud, but got no response. I finished washing my face and went to the kitchen where she was so that I could see what she wanted. To my surprise she said that she did not call my name at all. I was so frightened. Since then, I started hearing my name being called more often, but I would never answer, because it absolutely scared me EVERY single time. I also figured that if I ignore it that the voice would go away. I was right. It took about a month for it to stop. Now I am a little sad that I ignored the voice because I heard that it could be my spirit guide trying to contact me. I wan't to call back out to my spirit guide, but I'm not experienced in that type of thing so I do not want another spirit that may not have my best interest at heart to interfere and deceive me and try to communicate with me. If anybody reading this has any suggestions, please let me know, your help is greatly appreciated.

I remembered a time when I was trying to talk to my spirit guide, I tried really hard to contact it and then when I was in school alone, walking along the corridor I heard a soft woman's voice calling me too... I turned behind but there was nobody and now I don't hear the voice calling me anymore 😢

I relax my mind, anxiety and stressing on how to do it doesn't help me at all, in fact it seems to steer me in the wrong direction. I hear names used in short sentences sometimes, it helps me get through daily activities, in my home or outside. These voices are unfamiliar and carry emotions. Do yours have emotions or expressive tones?

Hi, my name is scott from atlantic canada. When I was a young boy close to age 3 to 4. I remember sitting on the kitchen floor playing as I did alot, my parents have a farm and out the picture window in the kitchen I would often see like a shadow pass in front of the window sometimes there would be 2 almost following each other, they were tall and slight dark like medium car tint, I could still see right threw them as I remember. It didn't scare me as I've seen it many times at that age, but now that I'm older (26) now it kind of scares me. Should this frighten me? I'm not sure. At the age of 8 was the first time I heard my name being called out to me. I was walking out the driveway to get on the school bus and I heard SCOTT! Like it was close behind me. This happened once a week for a few weeks as I remember. I got older and forgot all about this. And it all started again when I was around 18 or so. I was laying on the couch and I was just about to get up (was not sleeping or tired) and I heard my name again like someone shouted right in my ear I was alone in the house, it's nothing I had imagined that's for sure, I could almost feel a tingling on my ear lobe. And it happened again before I moved from the country into the city a month ago. (When I was young it was a woman's voice and definatly not my mother that's for sure cause I would ask her and she said no she never yelled my name but it didn't sound like her anyway. Mom is a religious woman and believed what I told her and she has her own theory which eased me.) Now I hear a man's voice and it sound's almost like my own but a little different, I want to know what's happening. Well thank you all who read this I just hope to get some Real Answers... This means your baby is a Crystal Child! =D I'm only 16, but I sure do know a lot about parenting a "different" child such as an Indigo Child or Crystal Child. My mother was never the spiritual type, so she had never heard of an Indigo Child. For starters she wasn't even ready to have a child and I was her 2nd. She didn't know how to raise me. She beat me, mentally abused me, she had me arrested when I was 12. And just because of her, my abilities aren't as developed as they should be. She had me put on ADD, paranoia, and depression meds, when I was 11. That is a HUGE NO NO! That will throw off your childs abilities and confuse them more. Like I said I'm 16 and I still trying to find the begining of my psychic journey because my mother threw me off coarse. But I'd have to admit, if this never happened I wouldn't be as wise as I am now. Also for future reference, if you beat your chld they won't love you. =] But I think that goes for all children, not just for Indigos and Crystals. Lol. They actually have books on parenting psychic children. 😁 (Also NOT trying to tell you how to be a parent, I'm sure you know WAY more than I, I'm just letting you know that there's a certain way to raise a Crystal or Indigo, So I've read)

I know exactly what this is. It is your spirit guides trying to get your attention, please, please, pay attention to them. They often take on the voices of someone you know and love to get your attention, because they are afraid to scare you with a voice you don't know. All the little deja vous, intuitions, weird dreams, everything is a sign of them. I recently discovered I had about 2 or 3 spirit guides, I too have heard them calling my name, but I've heard it since I was 5. It was always a soft womans voice for me, but it wasn't familiar. To show me that they are here, they can tell me and show me things beyond what any "normal" mind can see. (God, I hate that word.) Like predicting dreams and things. They could have been trying to warn you about your son by using his voice to tell you something was going to happen. All I can say is do not fear them, they are only here to guide us through life in a more enhanced way. If you ever get a feeling someone is watching you or following you,it's more than likely them. Let them know they are acknowledged. Try saying it in your mind or out loud, because if you fear them and don't let them know you can hear them or want them to be around, they will go away. It is a gift most people don't have to actually hear their spirit guide (s). You said some things started happening after your last child was born, it could be that she/he also has psychic abilities, let her practice them and don't dismiss everything she says. You should really try to open yourself up to your abilities, do some of the chakra exercises, or meditate. Hope everything goes well.
