Awaking From Lucid Dream

I was having a lucid dream this afternoon, a strange one and weird. Anyway it was an unsettling dream so as I woke myself up (forcefully from a little bit of sleep paralysis) there was a cat sitting above my head, as I pushed myself awake to sit up, I felt and saw the cat move from the pillow, then walk over me as I sat up and I watched it jump off the end of my bed. Now the bedroom door was shut and both cats in the house were in another room across the hallway. This would not be the first time I have felt physically, witnessed or been aware of entities around me during sleep. Lucid dreaming for me is bought about after meditation, good meditation. There have been other moments more aligned with the mechanics of the law of attraction but I have also had experiences where moments, seconds before something I'm involved occurs, I have a vision of it happening. For example, sitting in a group of friends playing a card game, there was a moment where cards slipped and I had a vision of a paper cut in the webbing of my left index finger, at that moment I said aloud "ouch" and pulled my hand away, it happened in such a quick moment that when the moment actually happened, I managed to avoid that paper cut from the card because I had reacted to the vision. My friend looked at me with this confused look upon his face as I had yelled aloud, and seemed to understand after I explained to him that I had seen it happen a split second before. The other instance was while playing cricket in a field, I was batting and as I was standing at the crease facing the delivery, I had a vision where I was running up the other end of the pitch, and the cricket ball was thrown from behind me and hit my left foot as I was running and the ball was kicked up and hit my chin. Seconds later I lived through that very moment and it happened exactly as I has envisioned. These moments have stuck with me throughout my life as some kind of reminder I believe, including experiences with a gifted medium which I refer to as time travel and echoes on daily basis.
